Location, staff, breakfast all superb. Our room 101 needs a bit of a refresh. The beds need replacing everytime you move they make a really loud noise. The bathroom needs a refresh. It is too dark, even with both lights on and it is almost impossible to have a shower without soaking the floor or continually banging the tap. Also feel really sorry for the shark - needs to be put in a much bigger tanks!

The hotel was lovely and clean Located within walking distance to all tourist areas yet set in a quieter location. Only half of the wardrobe could be used. I would suggest that the top fifth of the wardrobe door is cut off, this would allow the wardrobe doorbto fully open, i could have then used the drawers and not struggled to access the safe. Instructions on how to use the air conditioning would have been helpful. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend

Comfortable, spacious rooms and very quiet even though it is a central location. Breakfast options were plenty and very tasty. Overall a very pleasant stay and will definitely return.
