I felt like I was living in erea of Soviet Union, dirty carpet, not much activities in the hotel, so called Wellness is not part of the accomodation it is extra, nothing special, Breakfast is average..

Positives: The hotel is good, room is clean, breakfast served is tasty but limited and the staff is professional. Negatives: the hotel is somewhat old and needs some care for example some lights need fixing, the bathtub needs to be replaced because it accumulates water and not drain properly. The hotel is far from a supermarket or restaurants. My recommendation for the management to improve the hotel is to, check or fix the appliances for the rooms and renovate some stuff. So overall a nice stay.

Es gab keine Parkmöglichkeiten, nur an der öffentlichen Straße. Das Personal konnte nicht sagen, wie hoch die Parkgebühren sind. Das Zimmer war nur nötigst geputzt. Haare im ganzen Bad. Der Putz fällt von den Wänden. Die Tapete löst sich von den Wänden. Im Bad sieht man den Rigips. Die Fugenmasse fällt aus den Fliesen Die Bilder im Netz sind absolut nicht aktuell

Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten hier und da eine Renovierung. Parkplätze sind auf 5 begrenzt für das ganze Hotel und nur gegen Aufpreis möglich. Verkehrsanbindung zum Bus ist nah gelegen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht abwechslungsreich.

Zum übernachten reicht das Hotel völlig aus. Es ist sauber. Frühstück ist eher bescheiden, aber war für uns nicht schlimm... In Prag kann man ja Essen gehen 😉Parkplatz unbedingt vorher im Hotel reservieren. Sie haben wenig verfügbar.

Affordable and decent, but certainly not the self-proclaimed four stars. Two busses connect you alright to tram and metro but walking is not a pleasant alternative. While o2 arena is close, walking there takes you 25+ minutes. Bus is not much quicker but avoids walking along a busy road, however it's not too frequent. Breakfast was below average, with instant coffee from the machine and some choices of tea bags. Ham and cheese, bread rolls and toast, also yogurt and cereals. Not a bad experience but not many options and not a four star buffet. Our room was not cleaned during our stay besides swapping towels. We didn't mind much, as it was initially cleaned alright but with excessive use of some source of fragrance that kept us awake the first night. So gladly, this was not repeated while we stayed. Not too much of a bumber but worth mentioning is the broken toilet seat and broken showerhead holder. All of this was fair enough if you need a place to crash and ignore the four star impression and focus on affordability. Especially with two kids, alternatives are rarer and get pricy quickly.

Rigtig dejligt sted, vi havde et skønt ophold der. Helt fantastisk personale, god humor og hjælpsomme langt udover det forventelige. Altid klar med hjælp, uanset som det var i huset eller hjælp til uber eller bare guide til handle muligheder eller spisesteder. Og lækkert med en pool man kan leje på time basis. Helt klart den bedste anbefaling fra vores lille familie, og vi kommer helt klart tilbage, på gensyn..

Most of the staff is not speaking English, the rooms are old, both mattresses are worn and i slept like a banana, breakfast is poor, only boiled egs, sausages and vegetables, no omelette or fried eggs, powder coffee.Pool access is only by reservation for 1 hour stay.Parking for extra cost, not a 4 star hotel, the room was 100-180usd/night, 2 nights 2 different prices.I do not recomend it.

Diese Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir wurden mit einem kurzen Hallo an der Rezeption empfangen. Während der Rezeptionist mit dem Scrollen auf seinem Handy beschäftigt war, fühlten wir dann mal die Anmeldung aus. Also ein sehr unfreundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wände sind schmutzig, der Teppich mit Flecken übersteht. Die Holzbetten knacken. Die Wände sind so dünn, daß man deutlich hören kann, wenn sich im Holzbett im Nebenzimmer einer dreht. Geschweige denn andere Tätigkeiten vollzogen werden, bei den man denkt man liegt genau daneben. Mit 4-Sterne hat dieses Hotel gar nichts zu tun. Keine Ahnung, wo diese Bewertung herkommt. An der Rezeption hängen noch Auszeichnungen. Die jüngste ist von 2018 mit 4 Sterne Hotel. Allerdings ein ganz anderer Name. Den Wellness Bereich muss man pro Stunde zahlen. Was dafür spricht, dass das Hotel eher einen Stundenhotel oder Hostel zugeordnet werden sollte. Auf Grund des Zustandes des Zimmers haben wir uns den Wellness erst gar nicht angeschaut. Pool und Sauna stündlich für 300/400 Kronen abzukassieren, war noch nicht mal dem Hotelnamen "Relax Inn" tragbar. Für uns alles unverständlich. Das Frühstück wurde von einem gestressten Mann betreut. Die Tische waren voll mit benutzen Geschirr und Abfällen. Angebot des Frühstücks war sehr gering und von der Qualität niedrig angesetzt. Ich hatte 3 Nächte gebucht und im Voraus gezahlt. Allerdings haben wir direkt nach dem Frühstück ausgecheckt und keine Erstattung erhalten

Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und nett, Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei Einzelbetten do dass der Rahmen hervorstand und man getrennt voneinander schlafen musste. Zum Frühstück gab es kalte gekochte Eier. Die Eier waren direkt ausm Kühlschrank würde ich sagen . Richtig schön eiskalt serviert! Nur ein Personal war für die Küche zuständig.
