Hotel is in a great location. Tram and metro stop is very close by. Square is in walking distance. Great bars and restaurants nearby as well. Hotel is a bit dated but had everything you need. Bed was comfy, fridge in the room and shower was great. We had a balcony room, oversaw the courtyard. There is a bar behind the hotel but they stop people from sitting outside at a decent time and you can’t hear them in your room. Breakfast was good each morning.

good location and kind receptionist. she gave us early check-in when we arrived at the hotel a bit early. The room has enough space and is comfortable to stay in.

Needs improved soundproofing! Staff were very pleasant and apologetic in the end. Room was clean and warm, breakfast was unremarkable but decent. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and there was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Mattress was firm but comfortable. However, the bedframe was old and incredibly noisy, and the noise from the large road out front was very loud and incessant through the night. Earplugs (provided for free from front desk, so clearly not a one off) helped on the second night, but opted to change hotel for the third. Get a balcony room facing onto the garden and you're probably fine. Ground floor room facing the road is not recommended.

It was reasonably priced, and a good hotel if need a clean bed and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the staff were helpful. The area is pretty handy as you're literally round the corner from the Metro (IP Pavlova stop) and within walking distance from the national museum and Wenaslas Square.

Fully equipped, very nice room, located at main street, however could get a bit noisy with cars at night. Toiletries and fan is provided, really good breakfast definitely worth the money for the breakfast. Room service is good. Check in reception at other hotel which is 2 mins walk away. Can’t ring reception but could WhatsApp, also provide luggage storage service. Close to tram station.

Decent hotel. Good value for money. Lack of front desk staff and issue as you have to go to a sister hotel for support. Overall, a good hotel..cleaning staff are excellent and polite. Fans provided in each room for extra comfort.

Hotel has a part time front desk (9am-9pm) it’s reasonably well maintained. Though the door frame of one of our rooms was falling apart I found the €10 for breakfast too much for what it is specially considering the availability of better choices in the vicinity. Hotel is next door to an underground station and several trams to travel around. Also about 30 min walk from town centre.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and several restaurants. However, since it is built directly above the station, staying on the 4th floor means you can feel the trains passing by — even the bed and wardrobe vibrate at times. The room is clean but quite dark, with only three dim yellow lights and no air conditioning. Opening the window makes the room too noisy. I stayed for five nights, and even after the scheduled cleaning, items like coffee and tissues were not replenished. On the positive side, the price is reasonable, the room is spacious, and the check-out process is very convenient — you simply click the link in the confirmation email.

Lovely staff and the breakfast was nice. Easy to access and the room was great. only thing was that the wardrobe and safe would rattle a lot each time we walked in the room or if a car went past which was very loud at times. other than that it was a lovely stay at a great price

They don’t pay back deposit

It’s a fine hotel close to the city center. The breakfast was there, but not very interesting. We had to pay a deposit and despite no issues we couldn’t get our money back. We have sent emails since coming home but they are not answering That’s why I will never return to the hotel.

The lighting in the room was very dim, almost non visibility. There was no double bed room available, it was 2 single beds combines, if you are a couple, then it's very bad. This hotel it 3/5 at best.

Retro Style, good location, a bit noisy

It is really close to Museum, and directly located at I:P. Pavlova metro station and a major tram hub as well. But this comes with a price - I stayed 2nd floor and the major street below is very busy and you'll hear it. I was aware that this hotel looks a bit old, but that is fine for me. I had a kettle in the room, but had to place the unit on the ground to find a place to plug it in!
