Wonderful Stay

Great hotel to stay in and explore a wonderful city. From the moment we arrived to check in, the staff were friendly and courteous. A very good selection at breakfast each morning and lovely clean and spacious rooms. Would look to book here again when returning to Prague.

Glad we stayed here! A Bit outdated, but super clean, friendly staff, super close and excellent location: walking distance to old town and Wenceslaus square, municipal concert hall, charles bridge. Pretty much everything!

Great location. Very walkable to main points of interest, the train station, and bus station. Plenty of dining options. The room was wonderful although the shower water pressure and temperature fluctuated at times. Great breakfast, and servjce. Highly recommend thishotel

Hotel was clean. Room is spacious and clean, although dark and very small window that was high and not to the street. Excellent location and reasonably priced. I definitely would recommend it to anyone.

We loved the room bed, pillows and blankets. All is so soft and comfortable. We loved the bed so much we even like it more than the bed in our house. Breakfast is great, good selection of fruits, pastries, cheese, ham. The reception is organized and provides good information on tours, currency exchange etc. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to walk to the Municipality House and many stores and restaurants. Also great access to train stations.

Good Location for Exploring Prague

The hotel is within walking distance of the main rail station though can be a bit difficult to locate. There are substantial construction works on tramlines in the area but pedestrian access remains good. The hotel is well located for exploring tourist areas in Prague both on foot and using public transport (free for Seniors!). Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were extensive with some different options each day. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The area around the hotel offers a range of dining option as well as some small grocery stores.

Everything you need, and great location

Not the biggest room, but everything was there, from work desk, to coffeemaker and minibar. In the hotel a Spa too with lots of options for spa treatments if you have time for that (we did not) Location was EXCELLENT for just on the edge of the most busy part of the city, walkable to anywhere around including the biggest sites. supermarket and big mall just around the corner for any grocery or shopping needs the same as restaurants and public transport (Metro) Breakfast was good and even if full when we were there they have a nice inside garden terrace where you can enjoy breakfast when weather is nice too. Would stay again for my next trip to Prague.

Overall we had a great stay. The hotel is in a very central location close to all the major attractions and public transport links. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Decoration was a bit old fashioned so in need of some renovating but the overall comfort was good. The only issue was the size of the pillows provided. One was too big and the other too small which was a little uncomfortable. Was also given a small bottle of wine on my birthday which was a really nice touch!

Superb hotel

Stayed here with 4 other friends for 4 nights. On booking I had requested 3 single beds instead of a double and a single. On arrival we discovered that this request had not been actioned. However, on raising this at reception, a new room was found immediately. Great service. Fantastic breakfasts. Location excellent, 5 minutes from Old Town Square, 10 minutes from Wenceslas Square, 2 minutes from Metro station. No bar in the hotel but this is not a problem as there are bars within 2 to 3 minutes walk away. Superb hotel.
