My second stay here, and this time was pretty disappointed. While it is decent value for money in Prague, it isn't anything special. Breakfast is okay, room was alright but wasn't attended to during my entire three night stay. Central heat/aircon didn't seem to work, just like my last stay. Safe was locked when I checked in, requiring a crew or two and ten minutes (with lengthy explaining about what they we're doing, not my problem dude just reset it) to reset. Shower is designed so that you must exercise extreme care not to spray the whole bathroom.
Sauna that used to be free for guests is now 199KC, about $9.00+ USD. Cable television channels in English were minimal, all business CNBC etc.. Most annoyingly, the hotel doors are locked and require your key (or the front desk buzzing you in), to enter, which is a pain when your arms are full of luggage, shopping, etc. It's Prague not Johannesburg why do the front doors of the hotel need to be locked during the middle of the day?
