Great place near city centre with private bathroom

Fully furnished and renovated room with ensuite bathroom and toilet on the 4th floor of the building with elevator in the Vinohrady neighbourhood, 150 meters from Náměstí Míru. Náměstí Míru square is the central point for Vinohrady district and main public transport point (direct tram line to Prague castle and direct metro to Old Town). Very popular area for locals and expats alike.
The apartment has 3 guest rooms (each with its own bathroom) and fully equipped shared kitchen.

There are 3 rooms in the apartement (each with its own bathroom) and fully equipped shared kitchen. There`s laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the building available to our guests. The apartment is on the 4th floor (4 floors above the ground floor) and there`s an elevator which goes to the midfloors so approx 12 steps of stairs have to be take to the apartment.

Please note that the apartment is situated near a tram line, which means you`ll hear some street noise, especially during peak hours. The gentle hum of the trams adds to the authentic city experience, but for those who prefer a quieter environment, earplugs or a sound machine might be helpful.

Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.

Wohnen im Altbau

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer netten für drei Parteien umgebauten Wohnung - mit Gemeinschaftsküche, die aber eher nur für Kaffee/ Tee genutzt wurde. Bad und WC waren jeweils seperat. Lage und Ausstattung waren super. Der einige Nachteil ist das z.T. laute Quietschen der Tram, insbesondere in der Kurve. Ansonsten war alles schick, es ist weiter z empfehlen.
