The property was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was in walking distance. The only downside was the bed was hard as a rock and it was located above a bar. Which is great for a fun time, not so great for a young family.

The location and patio make this an amazing place to stay. Easy walk to Wenceslas Square, Castle, Old Town Square. Clear check-in directions from host prior to arrival. Has the necessities for cooking, and we were able to easily add a cot for more sleeping space. Night club on ground floor which we could hear when going to bed 11-12 PM, but we slept fine anyway.

There is no front desk available at 3 pm which is at check in time. I ran into two ladies work here however they cannot help me and just ran away from me when I asked where is staff for check in. It is described that there is air conditioning but fans.

Posizione top, da migliorare le pulizie

Soggiorno in famiglia , struttura buona , posizione eccellente , pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare , inoltre da rivedere la qualità delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani ( lenzuola piene di palloni da usura, asciugamani rattoppati). Nel complesso comunque un’ottima soluzione per visitare la città , la posizione è invidiabile . Ci tornerei sicuramente .

: very good located. you can reach everything by foot. Price was ok. Apartment looked very nice and new. has a good size. -: no parking space available if you loose the keycard or you leave it in the apartment you have to pay 40€ Wifi did not work. not enough toilet paper. my visit was in corona time, so the bars had to close at 23:00. Till that time you heard Music from the bar below.

The property is very well located, its spacious and feels Brand new. They offer washing machine but the dryer doesn´t work. The Price is a Little high, you can find hotels (breakfast included) 20% less.

The apartment is in the perfect location and looks lovely upon arrival. However the bed is very hard, the shower is not very powerful (and in one apartment did not stay at head height) and the towels didn’t smell very fresh. The worst is the smell in the apartment block though. Whenever you enter the building or leave your apartment you are hit with an overpowering smell of food, no matter the time of day or night. It was not pleasant at all. Overall loved the location but the apartments were sadly disappointing.

I really can't say enough good things about our stay. The apt was very clean with modern amenities. Despite being only minutes away from Old Town Square, shopping, great restaurants and historic architecture, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet the surrounding streets were. Our favorite morning activity was visiting the quaint bistro right next door for breakfast. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Prague and will most certainly stay again on future visits.

Could not ask for anything better

If I was going to stay anywhere it is here. Everything you need is within walking distant. 2 mins to the main square, Charles Bridge is 5 mins walk. It’s sooooo clean and very Morden. The rooms are so beautiful the pictures do not do it justice. The staff are extremely helpful and anything we need we had. Thank you so much, from a group friends of 4!

The Gold Art Apartments were in the perfect location. Walking to everything was easy and we had a lot of great restaurants to chose from. The apartment we rented was the Superior Apartment and was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children). The beds were comfortable and we had a kitchenette which had an electric stove, small refrigerator, a table with 4 chairs and a dishwasher. We had access to a washing machine on another floor. The bedroom had a large queen size bed, and the couch/bed in the main area was comfortable. We tried for a quieter apartment, but unfortunately the hotel was full and we ended up on the first floor right above the Hanger Bar. We had read the reviews and knew it could be loud, so we brought plenty of earplugs. Monday and Tuesday were fine with earplugs, we didn't hear anything. But Wednesday was a loud birthday party sing-along and we could hear the noise through the earplugs till about 1am. Overall, it was a good place to stay, but definitely bring earplugs and ask for a quiet room.
