Being from the US, I didn’t know that many homes in Europe don’t have dryers. I was very upset about this. But they were very kind and picked our washed clothes up then dried them and delivered them back to us. The apartment is gorgeous and it has so much space.

The dryer is not a usual thing in the Czech Republic as we all use drying racks that can be provided, but I understand that some clothes require special care. We arrived at the rental office by taxi as it was starting to get dark. Maybe we should have had the taxi wait? We ended up walking from the office to the apartment. It wasn’t too hard to find, just that by then it was dark and dragging luggage through an unfamiliar area, not knowing if it was safe? We had a small struggle to get the key to open the door to the apartment each time. (Never did figure out what was the trick to it, but messed with it until it opened). We did not care for the decorations of the apartment, however it was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is located in a quiet area, close to the Old Town Square. We had a lovely time in Prague.

Property location is excellent close enough to old town and all historical attractions but quiet enough to enjoy a good night sleep. Staff communication is very poor and they lack customer service, the check in happens at a different location meaning the inconvenience of two taxis after landing.

Great location. Property done to a really high spec with really good amenities. If I had to be picky, The balcony is off the bedroom and you cannot open or close from outside so not ideal if someone is sleeping in then bedroom! All in all great apartment - would recommend paying extra to check in at the apartment

Nice flat and location, but TERRIBLE service
Great location, nice flat, BUT services from the managing company was TERRIBLE - I would suggest a reconsideration, especially if you are thinking of using or requiring their transfer service. And also I would not suggest laying valuable items out. 1) We e-mailed them for a transfer from the airport, with every details possibly required INCLUDED, and they replied to us for almost 10 times, asking for ALL those details, for ONE piece of information in EACH of those emails. 2) BAD SECURITY - we extended our stay. And on the day which we originally checked out, a cleaner came in WITHOUT ringing the bell or knocking, OPENED MY BEDROOM DOOR WITHOUT knocking (I had my music speaker on and am in the room sleeping!!!!) and insisted that she wanted to clean when I said NO, lastly I had to scream at her to make her go (of coz I needed to check whether all my belongings are still around) 3) We ordered a transfer on the day we arrived through the driver (we stayed for almost a week), and he said I will receive a confirmation email as the transfer was confirmed, which turned out to be me who was sending them an email ONE HOUR before the scheduled pick up on our departure day demanding them for an answer whether the transfer is booked or not.

Very central. Few minutes to Old Town Square and Department Stores. Property is spacious, beds comfortable. Spotless clean. Large balcony. En-suite in both bedrooms but only one separate WC in the apartment. Only downfall is the arrangement with the collection of the keys from another property. Reception were helpful with all our queries. Contacted them by messenger while in Prague and replied quickly. Departure was more efficient by leaving keys at property. Would definitely recommend this property.

Spacious and central apartment with proper bedroom
The apartment is quite centrally located and easy to get to. The property had four proper bedrooms (not matresses or sofa beds) and four bathrooms which made the stay very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was clean and it was easy to ask any questions with the Empirent staff via WhatsApp. Will definately be recommending this to any of my friends that go to prague.

Cozy home close to the old town Square
We were in Prague for our summer holiday with kids. Our reason to choose this apt was it’s location & it was newly built. The minus thing was we had to go n collect key from main office. Unlike our apt in Vienna had digital lock which can be opened by a call to their office. We will recommend to request well in advance if you want a late check out. Over 4:9 out of 5.

Fantastic Apartment in Great Location!
We had a lovely stay at Empirent Aquarius Apartments. The apartment was way bigger than it looked in the photos, all very nicely decorated and in very good condition. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very big but were quite noisy (creaky when moving around) and had huge pillows!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, living and dining areas were very large with plenty of space to relax and eat. The location is great for exploring the main sights of Prague. A short walk to the old town square and about 2 mins walk to 'Palladium' shopping centre which was also great for catching trams/buses. It was a big noisy on a couple of the nights we were there, someone above was having a party (or at least it sounded like it) and there was a lot of talking/shouting and thumping on the ceiling until the early hours. This being said, we still really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. It's a lovely space to enjoy whilst in Prague. The only thing we didn't quite realise was that check in is a good 10-15 minute walk from the apartments, which was not ideal for us as we had a toddler, a senior and 2 big wheely bags (not so easy on all the cobbled streets).

An amazing apartment; clean, modern, fully equipped and so close for the Old Town and Charles Bridge etc. I will be staying there again next time I visit Prague. Staff are really helpful.

Wonderful modern apartment ideally placed
Lovely modern apartment only built a year ago and so near to the old town, Paladium shopping mall, local supermarket past the wonderful Obecni dum with great dining and concerts and the hop on hop off bus picks up opposite - well worth it. Just opposite was a small shopping centre and some outside huts & tables serving snacks. Don't buy your groceries from the local small shops eg packet of biscuits £4. Use the supermarket.. Czech food is very meat-based and heavy with huge bread dumplings but beer great. Spotted a vegan restaurant & ofcourse there are italian etc, but we pushed the boat out at Obecni Dum which French restaurant is wonderful but very pricey. Atchitecture ofcourse is out of this world - not to be missed and so repeated. This was the best accommodation I've yet stayed in here. They will get you provisions if you want from their (possibly organic) farm and you can buy cheese etc from it. We used the Praha Airport transfefr which was good and their free walking tour was really good and we did in 2 halves which we'd recommend

Didnt get security entry email until day if arrival. Battery on phone was dead. Couldnt get in at 9pm. Used friends phone to call Expedia, they called no one anwered. They call again and got security code to enter. Then security code to get in. There is never anyone on staff. Took 2 hours to finally get in at 11pm. No new towels or supplies like toliet paper for 3 days. Room is fabulous. Near everthing. Comes with a strict list of rules and penalty chsrges.

Nice Condo close to everything
This gem of a condo is close to everything in the old town, center square, steps from shopping, the river, public transit and Jewish quarter etc. Nice high ceilings with well appointed furnishings. We had a one bedroom apartment in a quiet building and it seemed well insulated from the outside activities. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, bakery within steps of the front door. We were able to go for a night cap etc. just a couple doors down. I would recommend it to anyone staying a short while or longer since it had a well stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, etc. Air conditioning worked great especially with the hot days we had of 34 to 38 degrees C. Bathroom was well equipped, nice and modern, as was the condo throughout. It also had a small patio off the bedroom with a table and couple of chairs. Hardwood and ceramics which were clean and well maintained. Overall - a great stay!

Vi var 7 venner afsted og havde booket 3 lejligheder. Vi kunne helt sikkert have nøjes med 2 da lejlighederne var rigtig store og der var sovepladser til 4+ i hver lejlighed. Alle 7 syntes at det var helt fantastiske lejligheder og beliggenheden var også rigtig fin. Helt sikkert noget jeg vil benytte igen enten med vennerne eller familien:)

Das Apartement war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das einzig Mühsame ist, dass man die Schlüssel an der 15 min entfernten Reception abholen muss.

Die Unterkunft als solche ist gut, die Lage auch, jedoch gab es einige Punkte, die alles andere als gut waren: 1. Unterkunft war anfangs sauber, jedoch beschränkte sich die angebliche Reinigung nach drei Tagen nur auf das Leeren der Abfallbehälter und das Austauschen der Handtücher, 2. die Fenster wurden gefühlt seit einem Jahr nicht mehr geputzt, waren extrem dreckig, 3. die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel gestaltete sich sehr aufwendig. Da wir zwei Apartments gebucht haben, eines aufgrund eines Fehlers beim Hotel jedoch ohne Balkon erhalten haben, hatten wir ständig Kontakt mit dem (sehr bemühten) Marketing Manager. Jedoch erhielten wir ständig -wohl automatisierte- emails des Hotels, die dann andere Angaben enthielten, als die, die wir mit dem Manager vereinbart hatten. 4. es gab keine Info, wie man ins Haus kommt, nach der zähen und zeitintensiven Schlüsselübergabe am Flughafen, mussten wir erst im Hotel anrufen, um zu erfahren, wie man mit dem Chip am Schlüsselbund die Haustür öffnen kann. Dieses ging vielen anderen auch so, weshalb ständig (auch spät abends) einfach überall geklingelt wurde. Eine vorherige Info vom Hotel wäre hier sehr sinnvoll. 5. Entweder ist das Haus recht hellhörig (wobei unsere Mitreisenden direkt unter uns nichts von uns gehört haben) oder wir hatten einfach Pech, dass die über uns wohnenden Chinesen dort einen Mega Lärm gemacht haben, jedenfalls sehr störend, gerade in den späten Abendstunden.

Die Unterkunft ist sicher keine 600€ p.N. (und mehr) wert. Eher 300-350€, ich behaupte die Unterkunft wurde leider schon öfters in Vergangenheit von "Partytouristen" missbraucht. Pro: Tolle Lage Sehr groß, viel Potential vorhanden Einrichtungsstil (nicht wertig, jedoch optisch 1a) Sicht auf der Dachterasse ist super Kontra: - Die Klimaanlage war defekt (+ konnte nicht rechtzeitig repariert werden). - Das Appartment ist sehr hellhörig - Die elektrischen Rolläden öffnen sich in zwei Zimmern schon in der früh und können folgend nicht mehr bedient werden. - Der Whirlpool war alles andere als "gereinigt" - Die Wohnfläche war sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. - Möbel sehen schön aus, funktionieren jedoch oft nicht. (Tür klemmt, Türgriff fällt ab, Schrank klemmt, das Waschbecken blockiert die Duschtür.)

Lamentablemente la recepción. estaba en otro edificio a 900 mts de distancia caminando, lo cual cuando llegamos que era muy tarde 23:00 hrs, la persona que nos atendió no hizó nada por solucionar el problema, yo que en ninguna parte se nos avisó quevestovera así, más aún siendo la primera vez en la ciudad. El baño se le sale el agua de la ducha, lo cual es muy incomdo. Lo mejores que está cerca de todo el centro a 10 minutos de Old Square.

Top Apartment für Gruppen
Riesiges, komfortables Apartment mit 4 Doppelzimmern, Balkon und einer tollen Küche. In 5 - 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Einige kleine Mängel, über die man aber leicht hinwegsehen kann (staubiges Wohnzimmer mit kleinen "Überraschungen" von den Vorgängern zum Beispiel) Würde es sofort wieder buchen.
