The room was dirty and smelled bad like rancid cigarette smoke. The bar mentioned in the listing was never open although there’s one next-door that is very nice. Location is good next to Metro Station.

Tosca Hotel Prague

This hotel was excellent. The staff were delighful and so helpful all the time. The breakfast was delicious. My room was spacious and spotless. The location was great - a metro station 2 minutes walk straight into the heart of Prague. I would definitely stay here again at the Tosca

For the price it's a decent hotel

There was no AC in the room and the shower towels are small hand towels and the reception is closed all night from 8pm. On the plus side the hotel is a 2 minutes walk from the metro station which gets you everywhere in Prague quickly and efficiently

Money was stolen out of my room when it was cleaned. $250 USD to be exact. I left money inside my bag pocket and it was not there when I returned after the room had been cleaned. Also, there was no AC nor screens on the windows and the fan was broken so the room was unbearably hot so could not be in the room for most of the day. STAY AWAY!

Quality of hotel very disappointing. Blackout curtains only large enough to flank window, so had to use paper clips to pin together so people in opposite building could not see inside room. One of two lights over sink missing entirely and staff said impossible to find replacement. No toiletries, just liquid soap. Extra blanket in closet covered in weird stains. Staff was very nice, but could not make up for inferior quality of premises.

I had booked for four nights, but only stayed two days as I could no longer stay in that hotel. It is rated as 3 star, but my room was very basic, no TV, no aur conditioned), with a sink so small that when I washed my face, water spilled onto the shelf and onto thr floor. The second morning I had to take a shower with cold water; when I went to notify the reception the receptionist checked and told me “it’s not really cold, it’s lukewarm”. But the main problem is that the room overlooked a countryard with greenery and even with the end of three locks insects such as spiders, ladybugs and others could enter. The second morning I woke up with red bunps; now I’m treated with antihistamines and cortisone-based and antibiotic ointment. I just add that on the second day they didn't change my bedsheets stained with the blood of insects I had killed.

El hotel no realiza, como muchos hoteles en Europa, la limpieza diaria. Solo entran a hacer la cama y a veces tiran basura, la falta de limpieza propicia la fauna nociva y desafortunadamente me picaron pulgas en el hotel.

Fint hotel, i god beliggenhed. Desværre er deres morgenmadsbuffet fjernet som mulighed og der er begrænset reception. Værelset er lydsvagt og der er hvad man har behov for. Fint hotel hvis man får værelset til rimelige pris. Deres priser svinger meget. Kan anbefales.

El estado del hotel es un poco pobre. La limpieza puede ser mejor. Lo peor es que era una habitación abuhardillada y no había ninguna cortina o persiana en la ventana del techo. Imposible dormir sin antifaz.
