The property was nice and clean. The area felt very safe. There was a security guard often and when there was not a guard the building door was closed and you had to swipe your key to get in, plus the individual rooms were locked. There was a very good restaurant close by and you are walking distance to the Metro. The area was very quiet, we slept with the windows open without any noise problems. Lots of coffee and ice cream close by. This was perfect for a small family.

Great stay!

Everything went perfectly! Really clean and spacious apartment. Area is nice and easy to reach by car. Great amount of parking spaces all around. Customer service was very nice and helpful. Checking in and out was really easy with the throughout instructions.

Location is not secure / Management inflexible

We originally booked our stay for 12 nights, but checked out early due to safety/security concerns. On multiple occasions, we witnessed people holding the entrance open for anyone wanting to enter. Given that there was no front desk or staff on the property, we did not feel safe at all. Even though the published change policy was a penalty of one night's stay, the hotel charged us for all remaining 8 nights. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company due to their policy violation. I will keep you posted. Overall, the property is very clean and in a convenient location. However, it is not safe or secure due to the fact that it is part of an apartment complex with many other residents who allow access to unknown people. AND there is no front desk or security at the property. AVOID this property!

This place was spacious and very clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Although it is a bit far from the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, about 20-30 minutes drive, it is worth it.

Loved the location. Very peaceful at night and easy to access the tube to downtown or get to the airport. Only downside was the elevator was broken one night but it was fixed the next day and didn’t detract from our visit. We hope to stay there again!

Terrible customer service

1. I unfolded the couch to make the bed and found the entire mattress to be literally soaking wet, with a big brown stain in the corner. When I wrote to the hotel staff about it, the representative Alzbeta apoligized but replied she can't do anything about it. 2. Considering the above circumstance, I thought the hotel could compensate by letting me check out at 1 PM instead of 11 AM -- she replied she can't "approve" that because they "need to prepare the room for another guest". I asked if we could at least leave at 12.00 but Alzbeta chose to ignore my last letter altogether. I did not hear back from her again. 3. At 10 AM, the cleaning lady knocked on the door and imediately walked in with her own key!!! There is no "do not disturb" tab in the apartment to be hung outside the door and the keyhole is glued on the inside so that you could not lock the door while you are in the room. There is no latch either. 4. The room is VERY hot. There is no air conditioner or a fan. I am not saying there shoud be one, so I bought my own fan and left it in the room. I hope the hotel leaves it there for the next customer. I also hope the hotel management reads the comments and takes steps to improve the customer service. Right now it is horrible. Overall it's a great new apartment and a wonderful location. It's right by the metro station from where you can get to the airport in less than half an hour and about half an hour to downtown.

Die Wohnung liegt in der 7. Etage und ist geräumig. Sie befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet mit Restaurants, Shops, Kinderspielplätzen und zur Metro Linie B sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
