The room was ready early, and the staff allowed us in early so we could wander out into the city earlier than expected. The facility is lovely, elegantly appointed. The room was smaller than expected, which is typical of European size rooms. It was clean and well appointed with modern decor.

The property has been restored and renovated like a palace. Location is one of the beat. I like the dedication to Franz Kafka. The breakfast was excellent! The only problem we had was the musty oder in the room; it penetrated our clothing even after we were long gone.

Great stay!

The hotel was in the perfect spot for visiting all the tourist attentions. Easy walking distance to old town square and the Charles bridge. The room was super nice and clean, our only complaint is that the room was too hot and we could not get the air conditioning to work but otherwise perfect stay.

The accommodation was amazing! The hotel building is beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Location is also very good, walking distance from the old city centre and 1 min from a central bus stop.

By far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in when we’ve visited Prague. Really central so most things are walking distance, the rooms are gorgeous and the beds are so comfy. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Pros Excellent location. Close to public transport that is very easy to use with the PID Litacka app. Professional and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Very clean throughout the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Lovely room Cons Mattress was very soft - not enough for us to complain and I'm pretty sure it was a mattress stopper that they probably would have removed if I asked. Very little wardrobe or drawer space. This was fine for us but might bother others.

Our stay at MGallery was lovely. The rooms were well appointed, the water pressure in the shower was great but most of all the proximity to Old Town and all the bars and restaurants was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is my second stay at MGallery hotel. I really loved the staff who was very helpful and kind. The location is within walking distance to main attractions. The breakfast as well dinner was delicious. The services were impeccable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is lovely and in the perfect location to see all the touristy places. It is very clean with a good sized room and friendly staff. Daria at the reception was very nice. Despite the hotel being busy I requested a room on a higher floor and she manged to get me a very nice room on the 5th floor. The breakfast display was good with lots of choices to eat. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Prague
