Excellent accommodation
A very comfortable, clean and light apartment that was handily placed for exploring the whole of the city. We had very good communication with the owner beforehand and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Prague.

Brilliant apartment in perfect location
We are four adults who have spent five nights in this lovely apartment. The location is fantastic, between five and twenty minutes walk to Charles Bridge, Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. There are also some incredible restaurants in very close proximity. Petra and Vladimir have been excellent from booking to airport pick up and small issues in We would certainly recommend this apartment.

This place needs some work.
Great location and good communication are the only positive things I have to say about this place. This place needs some major TLC. The rugs are absolutely gross, they need to be thrown away, they are stained and look very dirty. The towels are hard and crusty and brownish gray( they are supposed to be white) These towels are so gross I wouldn’t even keep them for rags. There is a sign on the extra towels that you are not to use them because they are for the next guest ( mind you they are in the same condition) . There is nothing extra. We were there for 3 nights and we ran out of toilet paper, never had a Kleenex and there was no tea, coffee, bottled water or anything to even get you started. I know these extras are not always included but are a very simple nice touch. Hand soap in the bathroom would have been really nice though. Speaking of the bathroom we arrived to a horrible sewer smell. I emailed immediately to report the problem and she did respond immediately stated someone would be there 1st thing in the morning to fix. It was fixed at 5 pm the following day. ( My gut feeling is that they knew there was a problem before we arrived because there were 2 air freshners in this bathroom and none in the master bath). Beds were not comfortable at all. TV never worked, I have a feeling they knew this because they told us just to reset it if it didn’t work, we had to do this so many times we just gave up. The walls are in desperate need of a paint job. The place just felt dirty and needs some work. I have stayed at many rentals, and this is the 1st one I have been disappointed with.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for the apartment. We appreciate all feedback and aim to make sure that all of our guests have the best possible experience. I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay at the apartment. I did want to address your criticisms though and frankly a 1/5 star review seems incredibly harsh. The rugs in the living room have been there for a year and we are in the process of replacing them. We wanted to get the exact same ones but unfortunately the company no longer sells them so we have been looking for an alternative. They are clean just a bit worn. This will be sorted in the next few days. We replace our towels 3 times a year and haven't had any issues or complaints from anyone else. With regards to toilet paper you could have asked us for more as there is more toilet paper in the closet. We put out 2 rolls per bathroom but have more available - like I said you could have asked. Hand soap should have been in the dispensers in both bathrooms. Perhaps the cleaner failed to put it there but it should be there always. The pipe/sewer smell issue was a NEW problem - we haven't had to deal with this in the past. I called and sent the cleaner to deal with it as soon as possible. I DID call her first thing in the morning but she was cleaning the other apartments before your issue as the new guests were arriving that day. Sorry for the delay but the problem was resolved as soon as possible. The TV should be working fine was there some problem we need to address? No one contacted me to let me know so I am sorry you had some issues but as far as I know it was working fine. Once again I appreciate your review and will look into the issues you have raised. I really wish you had left something more reflective of the apartment, location and customer service as a 1/5 is in no way representative of the apartment. Hopefully other guests will read the other reviews which we have had over the last 6 years to see a more reflective evaluation of the apartment. A great find!
This apartment is perfect for exploring Prague! It is within easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge, Old Town, the National Theater and all of the other most visited sites. Even the walk to the castle is doable. The apartment itself is exactly as it was described - comfortable, very clean and has all of the needed amenities. We loved the small balcony that looked out on the neighborhood views and having a lift for luggage was definitely a plus. An added bonus was the coffee shop located at street level right next to the apartment and the close proximity of the apartment to the river. Also, communication with the owner (manager?) Petra was flawless. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!!

Luxurious???? lets not kid ourselves
the best part about this property is the location, and check in/out process which was hassle free. the apartment is spacious enough for 4 people but i would never put a tag of "luxurious" on this. This is a typical VRBO property it gets flipped constantly, and no one really cares what is happening at the property as long as bodies are filling the beds. Like most beds and couches in Europe theses were uncomfortable. really uncomfortable. the stove didn't work. the shower in the one bathroom is the size of a stand up coffin, and the refrigerator barely keeps things cold. this place needs a make over. We were here for 1 week, and between Prague and this property that was 5 days to long.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our property, we always appreciate any and all feedback. I would however like to take issue with a few of your negative comments as I honestly do not feel it is a true reflection of our property. Yes if is a rental apartment but to say that we do not care about our guest's is frankly wrong and further from the truth. From the moment someone enquires or books the apartment we are in contact with that person. We offer advise, arrange for transport, offer tips and in the event of any problems or issues are always available via telephone and email to assist our guests. Case in point, we had over 15 email correspondences with you regarding everything from currency exchange options to parking possibilites. I am sorry that you think that European beds and couches uncomfortable but I really don't know what to say about that. We deliberately chose mattresses with middle hardness as we didn't want mattresses too hard or too soft - people often ask for hard or soft mattresses so we chose the median option. The shower in the 2nd bathroom is a standard size walk in shower for normal sized people which you will find across most countries in the world. The stove works fine, I wish you had contacted us to ask how to use it as we would have gladly explained it to you. The refirdgerator also works fine and cools perfectly well. There is a small wheel with numbers on it inside the fridge where you can regulate the coolness - perhaps it was turned down? Once again, I wish you had called us to ask us as we could have explained this to you. There is a freezer as well if you needed something REALLY cold. I am really sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay in the apartment or the city of Prague and I am also saddedned by your negative review. This will impact our standing in an incredibly competitve market where we strive to offer comfortable accommodation and excellent customer service. I hope that other potential guests read previous more reflective reviews as frankly, yours is not.

Wonderful Apartment in Prague
We stayed here for 5 nights in September and loved it. The apartment is very close to many attractions, including restaurants and tram stops. It was well furnished with everything we needed. We would love to stay here again if we are ever visiting Prague again.

Perfect location & beautiful property
We had a great experience with Petra, the owner. She arranged our pickup from the airport and transfer to the apartment, and was always available for questions. The apartment is located a few blocks away from the main tourist sites, which is an ideal location. The property was very private and quiet, close to several shops & restaurants, and very near the tram and Metro. It is nicely decorated, fully functional and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with basics and so it is easy to “eat in” if you choose. I would highly recommend this apartment!!

Perfect stay
After a long and delayed flight from Australia, we were very glad to arrive at this apartment. Communication with Petra was superb all along, even rescheduling our pickup when delayed. The apartment is perfectly located, easy walking distance to all attractions and close to the tram if needed. It’s spacious and the view from the balcony is lovely. We would stay there again happily.

Great Apartment
Spacious,clean apt with air conditioning in a great location! The balcony was wonderful to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass off wine in the evening. The apartment is exactly as the pictures show and only a short walk to Charles Bridge. For those that have difficulty walking, handy tram#22(tourist tram) is only a few blocks away which stops at all main attractions. A small grocery store, coffee shop and many pubs are just around the corner. We had a little problem with the hot water, but Petra & Vladimir were quick to resolve the issue. Using the pick up/drop off service is highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again. Thank-you Petra and Vladimir for a wonderful stay in your beautiful city!

Spacious. Great location. Excellent communication.
The theater apartment was just as described, and Petra's communication was superb. Four of the six of us arrived on schedule, and even though my wife and I didn't make it for night one due to a delayed flight, we still consider the booking a good value as the apartment was very nice and clean and had plenty roomy for six adults.

Charming Apartment with Great Location
The apartment was fantastic! Location superb. Very comfortable for two couples. It was everything the listing said it was. Little grocery store right next to apartment was great. Easy to get to all attractions from this location. Petra and Vladimir were very helpful throughout booking process and stay. Pick up and drop off by Vladimir works fantastic. Would stay again. This is the the place to stay for a Prague stay/visit. The photos and the description are 100 % accurate. The walk to Tesco grocery store is5 minutes for your 1 st grocery. After you will find everythind aroun the block. Start the day with a very good coffee at the café downstairs. Thanks Petra for our perfect stay!

Excellent location
Very nice property. Excellent location, easy to find way bring just look for National Theatre. Coffee shop down stairs, bagel shop across street as well as pubs. Easy walking to old town, Charles Bridge. Hired local guide and she was impressed with location. Hope to come back someday and stay here again!

Beautiful Apartment in Perfect Location
The apartment was perfect for two couples to stay comfortably. It was spacious enough to allow for some privacy and clean. The location was perfect- we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit and there were many shops and restaurants right outside our door. Using the airport transportation service provided made our arrival and departure effortless. This apartment is a must stay!

Prague vacation
Excellent location with seamless airport transfer arranged via Petra. We also used the driver for a few day trips including Karlovy Vary and Kutna Hora. Accommodations were centrally located within easy walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The apartment was well appointed and included a balcony. Only one minor critique is that the shower in the secondary bathroom needs some maintenance. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning.

Enjoyable, peaceful location and very nice apartment
We really recommend this location. Quiet neighborhood, great little corner market next door, many very good neighborhood restaurants and just steps away from useful tram lines (22 and 17). Also walking distance to everything in Old Town and the Charles Bridge and Little Quarter. The apartment is spacious, very clean, with as comfortable a bed as we have ever had when traveling. The kitchen is nice, though no food or condiment items are provided, not even sugar or salt. We understand the owner is concerned with allergens, but this is a negative for those who like to do some cooking. There are two bathrooms, one spacious with a window, but a slippery deep tub and a hand shower, the other small, no window, fan (a bit noisy) but a good shower. However, there isn’t a place to put soap and shampoo except on the floor. We would definitely return here if we are ever fortunate enough to visit beautiful Prague again, despite these minor shortcomings. The location, space, comfortable bed and terrific little balcony make up for the other issues. We also recommend that you use the car service from the airport. Vladimir is very nice and helped get the luggage into the small elevator and showed us around the apartment. We really loved Prague. We hope you do too.

Great property in a fantastic location. The south facing balcony is a nice feature.
The apartment was very modern in a quiet location. It had all the features and facilities you need and expect. There are two items which require attention..... 1 There is only one Scart lead into the TV which means you have to change this from the Sattelite box to the DVD. The instruction card in thus incorrect. 2 The lift door on level 4 does not always close. This need looking at. Otherwise excellent

Terrific Stay in Prague!
Our family of 6 (mom & dad and our 4 teenagers) enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was in a wonderful, quiet, safe location that was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. Management (particularly Petra) was fantastic at communicating /answering all our questions. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Prague!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Spacious, perfect location near the river, apartment manager was helpful and quick to respond. Central quiet location
The property was in a good location, an easy walk to most of Prague's sites. We found the walk in wardrobe in the entry was a bit inconvenient as is was for the 2 bedrooms. The chest of drawers in one bedroom was full of the apartments items and not able to be used however there was some drawers in the bathroom. Kitchen was lacking any condiments so if you wanted to cook you would have to start from scratch buying coffee, tea, oil, spices etc. Most of the apartments we have used have had some items. Maybe nobody else cooks on holidays?! The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable. The pick up and drop off service was excellent and we would recommend using it.

We decided to get rid of most condiments as we had a couple of experiences with people with allergies who were quite upset so rather than risk it we decided better to let people shop for themselves.

Could not be better in Prague
Spotless, great a/c, well located, Vladimir a gentleman, what more could you want. Oh, coffee shop, out the door, 3 feet and you are there. To get a-big coffee, ask for a big cup, double shot, an inch of water and milk. Cannot go wrong at this splendid apt.

Great apartment and terrific location
The apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay in Prague. The rooms were large, the beds were comfy and it had a cute little balcony to use when having morning coffee. There is a little bodega and also a coffee shop right when you walk out of the building. I got coffee and breakfast at the bodega every morning. Yogurt, fruit, rollls. We also used the apartment rental transport to and from the airport- that was wonderfully easy. We travel frequently and this apartment was a great choice. My 21 year old son and I did a Fat Tire Scooter tour which was a blast. The tour takes you around to many great historical sights and it also gave us opportunity to enjoy beautiul views. Additionally, we also did a food tour the 1st day “Taste of Prague”. I highly recommend that too as it helped set up many of our meal choices while in town. Prague is beautiful. We can wait to come back!

Fantastic apartment & location!
This apartment was ideal for our stay in Prague! The kitchen was perfectly appointed for cooking and the Tesco was within walking distance for groceries. We walked everywhere and the location of the apartment was only a few minutes walk to the St. Charles Bridge, Kampa, Old Town, etc. We loved being close enough to explore all of the main tourist attractions but just a few minutes outside of the crush of people. Public transportation was easily accessible as well. The project management team was terrific, assisting with pick up and drop off from the airport, answering questions during the booking and during our stay, etc. We had a terrific experience and highly recommend this unit for your stay!

Great apartment in great location
This is a very well appointed, clean apartment in a safe, convenient location in Prague. It also has a lift/elevator! Lots of restaurants nearby, a friendly mini-market and coffee shop on the ground floor and only 5-10 minutes walk to a large Tesco grocery store. Public transport is a breeze, both metro and trams. The 30 minute ticket gets you most places in the city (buy them at the mini-market downstairs). Download a good map of the tram system to help you out! Or you can walk to the Old Town in less than 30 minutes. This apartment is highly recommended.

fantastic holiday
The apartment was a brilliant place to stay , it was immaculate very roomy and perfect for sightseeing .Apartment is very well equipped and even has maps and books all about Prague .All major attractions were within 5 - 10 minutes walk . Bellow the apartment there is a shop and three places to eat that have reasonable prices. We will definitely return again Prague is a wonderful city and staying in such a lovely apartment topped it off . It made it so much easier having transfers provided by Vladimer as it is about 30 minute drive from the airport.

Location, location, location and all the necessary amenities!
This property is within walking distance of the major attractions in Prague and your choice of restaurants. Plenty of space, very, very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. We loved hearing the church bells ring each morning and the balcony was a definite bonus!

Lovely apartment
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is enormous and looks just like photos. Building is well situated and quiet. Market on ground floor is wonderfully convenient and has all necessities. Coffee shop near entrance door to the building is also very good.

We are from the States, but have family roots in Europe and have traveled extensively. We enjoy discovering new places and we were very happy that this place was exactly as advertised. Fantastic property perfectly furnished and located so close to everything. Coffee shop and market both located just outside the entrance, restaurants and old town so close. Petra made sure to answer all our questions up front and made sure we would be well taken care of. Vladimir picked us up at the airport and was extremely helpful and accommodating to us and our friends. This was our second visit to Praha, and if we have a chance to return again this is where I would want to stay.

Excellent Accommodation, Perfect Location
We felt completely at home in this Prague apartment. The location is within walking distance to Charles Bridge, old town, the castle and Petrin Hill. Trams and subway station are also nearby for further ventures. Plenty of restaurants with the best draft beer are only steps away. Vladimir provided excellent and courteous airport transportation. We even used his services for transport to a wedding. Prague is a fantastic city to visit. Our 6 night stay in this property with our 2 teenage daughters could not have been better.

The apartment was very comfortable and its location was ideal. Close enough, but not noisy!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prague and a large reason is because we had such a lovely apartment to return to each afternoon after exploring all the wonderful parts of the city. The description of the apartment is very accurate, except perhaps for the spaciousness of the second bathroom (it is a lovely bathroom and makes very good use of its limited space). The beds, including the futon located in the living room, were very comfortable. The air conditioning was very nice to have as the weather was extremely warm during our stay. We utilized the airport pick-up service as well as being dropped-off at the train station upon our departure. Having these extra services available, as well as others we didn't utilize, was a true bonus. The little grocery store outside the apartment building on the ground floor (it is affiliated with Tesco) was also extremely convenient and had a surprising amount of item selection. We happened to be in Prague over a long Czech holiday weekend and, even then, the area in which the apartment is located was extremely quiet. Yet, you are an easy walk from all the city's attractions. We would definitely choose to stay in this apartment again if we return to Prague. Thanks for a most memorable stay in Prague!

Clean, centrally located amazing apartment
I was very happy with the property. Located close to the river, everything was within our reach. Airport pickup was a great plus. Everything was made very easy by Petra and Vladimir. Very spacious and relaxing after long days in town. Would highly recommend, and plan on staying there again on our next visit.

Perfect in every way
Apartment is bright, modern, well-kept and superbly located. Close enough to walk or tram to all major attractions, but just outside of the major tourist melee. Can't overstate how responsive and friendly owner and manager are. We have kids and it was a good place for that, as a play area is just two blocks away at the river.

Great location, great apartment!
This is a fantastic place from which to base your Prague experience! Perfectly located in a great neighborhood just outside of the crush of old town, it has easy access to cafes, restaurants, shops and more. Great layout, clean and with a unique view of what can only be Europe from the balcony. Petra and Vladamir were helpful and responsive. Could not recommend it more!

Great Central Location Near Restaurants, Tram, a National theater, coffee shop and it is quiet!
Comfortable, large flat with 2 separate bedrooms. The queen bed has the en-suite w/ tub/hose. The king has a desk and loveseat with hallway bath w/ shower. The flat has a large walk-in closet and a laundry room off the hallway. TV has alternative audio (e.g., English) channels. Our family of four fit this flat nicely. Balcony overlooks quiet street and outdoor cafes. Elevator to flat holds three. You are nearby to several local restaurant choices; TESCO grocery store is 1/4 mile away, and a bit further is old town. Nearby is a park on an island that you can walk around on and it has a playground. Nice!

Wonderful location and well-equipped apartment
A lovely, modern apartment in a great location. We walked or took convenient public transportion everywhere during our stay (stock up on tickets when you can). There's a convenience store with a little more than just the basics on the ground floor and a full grocery store less than a 10 minute walk away (Tesco). If you're staying during warmer months I would suggest shutting the drapes and shades to the afternoon sun before you leave for the day to keep the rooms cooler during the day. We also really appreciated the reasonably-priced shuttle service with Vladimir to and from the airport (do this, trust me!). The balcony is lovely to enjoy and the washing machine certainly cuts down on what you need to pack. A Rick Steves' approved restaurant is across the street. Petra and Vladimir are very quick to respond with any questions or concerns, both before your trip and when you are there. I would definitely stay again.

Great location and roomy.
We were met promptly on our arrival and given all the information we needed about various questions we had. The place was spacious, with large living /dining room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very close to everything. For the 2 days we were there, we only walked to our destinations and covered the entire old town.. Only about 5 minutes to the Charles bridge and 5 minutes to a good size grocery store. Would not hesitate to book this place again. Prague is a great place and we had a great time for the 2 days we spent there.

A luxurious, gorgeous and comfortable apartment right in Old Town!
Petra's apartment is gorgeous. We felt so luxurious in it! We could walk to everything from there, restaurants, sights, the castle, all of it. A market and restaurant are right downstairs. We were a family of four and loved it!

Great Apartment in good location
This apartment is clean and spacious and had everything we needed. As has been mentioned before, there is a mini market very close by which has fresh bread and pastries in the morning. We walked everywhere but the trams are also close by if needed. We used the transfer to and from the airport which was very convenient. Booking was easy - Petra is very efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location & Super Comfortable
Really nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with a small balcony. It was a bit cold while were there to enjoy coffee on the balcony but otherwise we really like the ability to stretch out and relax when not walking around old Prague. Location was only a 5 minute walk to the Charles Bridge; 10 minutes to the main square. Highly recommend you take the free 3 hour walking tour with Sandelmanns. Unit was very clean and it was easy to find and Vlad was very helpful on check-in. Parked underground at the Theatre a couple of blocks away which was safe and convenient. Would rent here again anytime...

Excellent location, luxurious accommodation, great customer service
This is our second time staying here and I have to say it get's better every time. The apartment is spacious and the rooms extremely comfortable. The 2 bathrooms is a HUGE plus and the living room and dining area really feel like home. The kitchen is emaculate and has all the amenities you could ask for and the balcony makes for a truly magical morning experience with a coffee. Petra and Vladimir were excellent hosts and I can not recommend this place any more than the fact we will be coming back to Prague in the Spring again of next year for the Prague Spring Musical festival and have already booked the apartment.
