"Haha, continental breakfast was coffee and a granola bar. But, you don't book a hotel for the breakfast. We usually stay elsewhere when visiting Cal Poly. The price was about half of where we typically stay so tried out. Not exactly modern, but very clean. Staff was super pleasant, asked for upstairs room and 100% accommodating. Parking on premises was more than adequate, especially for SLO. Bed was fine, slept great. Seriously, zero complaints, would absolutely stay again."

"Room was spotless, well designed, and had great amenities. Staff was attentive on check-in and check-out. And the hotel is in the heart of the town…perfect location. Roof top bar/patio was such a nice bonus. Ate dinner at the Ox&Anchor…wonderful meal. Look forward to a future stay. "

"This is such a unique place to stay, each room is decorated in its own theme, including rock walls and waterfalls in some of the bathrooms.
It's quiet, despite being just off the freeway, except for a chorus of frogs to sing you to sleep. Staff is wonderful and helpful, and the food is great!
