"I feel the price is a bit high for what it is. I like the university themed decor, but the core is still just a typical 3 star hotel. Lobby staff did not mention the $15 parking fee (I read about it on google). At checkout the next day, I asked again and the staff still didn't mention any additional charge. It ended up being deducted from the incidental charge."

"You get what you pay for. It’s good enough to get you through, but don’t expect any perks. Pros:location! I walked to downtown center, about a mile, took 20 minutes. Beds are comfortable, shower had good water pressure. Breakfast isn’t worth mentioning. Plan on somewhere else. Overall, good economy place."

"Nice, new hotel in a great part of town. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, wine tasting, shopping. Good full hot breakfast, but I wish the breakfast could start earlier than 7am because I had to leave for work before it opened on most mornings."
