You are tucked away into one of the most beautiful zones of the greater San Luis Obispo area - you wake up every morning to birds chirping and rolling hills of coastal live oak/vineyards. You are also centrally located: 15 mins to the beach, 3-5 mins to the closest winery, and 20 mins from downtown SLO. Really great weekend getaway, can't express enough how great a host they were as well!"

"Bathroom smells like mildew especially the shower stall. Shower head was moldy. I am sensitive to mold and mildew. Bed was ok needs a topper. Plenty of pillows. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Easy parking. We had a room that had adjoining door and we could hear the people talking all night through the door."

It was the perfect place to unwind. The linens and mattresses were on par with a high-end hotel, which made for incredibly comfortable nights.We also really appreciated the many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our stay feel special and welcoming. "Comfortable and cozy home located in the hills around Arroyo Grande. Comfortable deck with a great view. Kitchen is spacious and beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a two-car garage with direct access to the house. My grandson and I had a pleasant stay and would book again. "

"Great Property overall. Backyard was spacious and fenced in, perfect for dogs to play and run around. The check-in process was very easy. The property had a lot of amenities for families (pool table, games, corn-hole, hot tub). The hosts were friendly and accommodating. 10 min drive from downtown. I would highly recommend. "

"We found the Cottage to be exactly as described. It was very clean and all essentials were provided. The location was great for us as it was 71/2 miles from SBP airport, just a few miles from Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Pismo and several vineyards. Marvin was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. As an older couple we struggled a bit with the TV remotes finding the channels/programs we normally watch. I would recommend this property for rental."
