"The property is Oceanview not beach view. The house is closer to road than beach so some traffic noise but not bad. The property is large, private, and gorgeous!! A bit of a walk to the beach but an awesome little path to take there. It is a private beach. Not a beach for snorkeling or swimming but it has fantastic sand stone ledges for wading. The area is full of surfing/swimming beaches and a ton of food options! Highly recommend."
