"My stay at The Perch hotel was amazing. I loved that the distance to the beach was a hop skip and jump away. The perch hotel supplied you with beach chairs, umbrellas for the Sun. Refrigerated coolers. I had a great stay otherwise my wife will tell you different because we stood there for a week and no one ever entered the room to refresh the bed sheets or take out the garbage."

"The nearby beaches! We didn’t swim, but got excellent photos and videos with sunset and sunrise. It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that. The unit is very spacious, nice and clean, partial ocean view from the balcony. "

"Space was perfect for our family of 12.. we celebrated the news with spectacular fireworks all around town and three kings festival in town. Jobos beach was great, but our favorite was crash boat beach. The pool was fun for the kids, I appreciated that each room had air conditioning and a tv. "

The house is super-comfortable and very appealing. The Christmas decorations were particularly cheerful and appreciated. Lovely place to stay. We will be back!"

"The home is very nice and is depicted accurately as shown in the photos. I had an issue with the water temperature in the master bath. The shower never got hot and was always tepid. I contacted Orlando, one of the property managers, and he came out right away to check the water heater and the water coming from the second bathroom, the washing machine, and the kitchen. All three had hot water. We couldn't figure out why the main bathroom's water was tepid. Additionally, there were numerous tiny ants on all the countertops in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms."

"Great location close to the most popular beaches. The complex is excellent, with parking and a pool. Communication was clear, and I loved that everything works with access codes super convenient! A few things to improve: The reservation was listed as “Reserve Now, Pay Later,” but payment was attempted right after booking. Luckily, they respected Hotels.com’s policy and didn’t cancel. The balcony could use some upgrades some of us enjoy having our morning coffee outside, even if the view is to the back. The pool area is spacious and comfy, but the water looked yellow maybe it needs better maintenance."
