"Bad review. Do not like being charged day before to check card. Then charged double day of visit. Then saying will be back on credit card in 6 business days. I was charged on my credit card 4 times what my room was. So next night didn’t have enough for a stay in another hotel"

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were pretty good- hot, fresh and tasty too. Airport shuttle was also easy to navigate and I sincerely appreciate the effort the staff put into any assistance that was needed. For the price, it was lovely! And for someone who loves planes myself, being able to catch a view of them landing and taking off was just amazing. I would definitelyy visit again! Thank you Tru!"

"As an “accessible” room the amenities need adjusting. The hand held wand was removed from the shower. The towels were at an inaccessible height, as is the microwave. There is a table that blocked wheelchair access to the bedside. The coffee maker being pushed to the back and unplugged is not wheelchair accessible. Bathroom counter, dressing bench and shower bench were all fully accessible."

"We were in town for a Toronto FC game and took the GO Train to Exhibition Station—always a great idea to stay outside the core and train in. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was just okay, with typical options like waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, and pre-made eggs. One concern: a staff member came twice with single towels to our room and did not call for them. The first time, we didn’t hear the light knock and she entered the room, which felt uncomfortable. Also, Hurontario Rd is still a nightmare with all the construction. Overall, a decent stay, but that situation did make us a bit wary."

"First off, I’ll start by saying I have stayed at well over 500 hotels in my time, travelling across Canada, USA and internationally. This hotel has been the WORST deal I’ve seen for $130. Starting with the elevator that was barely working (making horrible shuddering sounds and shaking). Then came the room. I should have know when I could almost see into the room from the hallway because the door was so crooked. The flooring in the room was torn and missing sections, there was hair in the shower as well as multiple stains, there was what appeared to be urine on the wall next to the bed, the window sills had mold on them as did the baseboards in the kitchen and bathroom. Locks on the door were broken, and the bed was among the worst I had sat on. This room should have been $50 MAX. Charging over $100 for this condition is laughable. We left without staying the night. No refund offered. 0/5 stars. Front desk apologized, but this is unacceptable."

"Spacious room, comfy bed, clean, with great amenities (so many charging ports, big new tv, microwave and mini fridge…). Lots of great options for breakfast in a spacious room. The pool was excellent, not chlorinated, and actually left my skin and swim suit feeling soft! Would definitely stay here again. Kid approved too!"
