"We stayed one night and the place is great! Staff were super nice, location is great and close to the Inner Harbor. The included parking and delicious breakfast were amazing benefits to our stay. Our room was large and beautiful. Highly recommend this unique place to stay!"

"The hotel was lovely and the breakfast staff was very helpful. However, The women staffing the front desk were poorly trained in good customer service. When I arrived, there was no greeting. I was simply given the room key. The same thing happened when I checked out. I was told to leave the room keys on the desk by a distracted desk person who never asked me about my stay, The Hampton Inn has always been a wonderful place to stay in the past. I was very disappointed in the front desk clerks at this location. "
"Staff was great and rooms are comfortable
My room 513 has a crack in the bathroom sink which caused a leak underneath
We let hospitality know but not sure if it got checked out"
"Very nice hotel close to all major tourist destinations. Spacious rooms. Not enough staff in the breakfast room. One person (who did a great job) had no help. "
