Niscia was very personable and helpful at checkin desk. Such a delight! Only thing I would have liked is a safe in room to use. It had everything else and was quite nice and very comfortable. Would definately use again.

The hotel renovation is excellent however they should have renovated the staff and/or their attitude. The front desk staff are rude or, at best, indifferent. Also, BEWARE there is no room service yet they fool you into thinking there is by putting signs in the bathroom that read “please hang to reuse. Hang your towels to reuse them…leave your towels in the floor and we’ll replace them.” Also, they provide you with Do Not Disturb signs yet they have no room reserve - Haha! What a joke!
