"The room wasn’t very clean. The washroom exhaust fan wasn’t working and when we brought this up to the staff they gave a stupid reason of the hotel being old. No action was taken. Almost 2 days we stayed in the same room. It was super unhygienic when we used the restroom. The moisture and odour never went away. Wouldn’t recommend this place. :("

"The pool area is hazardous. The top 2 steps into the pool were very slippery. The hand railings were very loose getting in an out of the hot tub. The top step of the hot tub was uneven and I cut my toe on the rocky step. Which to my toe to bleed severely. Very unsafe!!!! Between the pool and hot tub being neglected a law suit is just waiting to happen if someone has a more severe incident than I had."

"Les employes de cet etablissement sont tres serviables. J'ai une certaine limitation a la mobilite et ils ont un monte-personne qu'un employe fait fonctionner si besoin est. Maxime a fait fonctionner ce monte-personne avec grand plaisir. La chambre etait tres accueillante et le lit confortable. Nous avons passe de bons moments"
