Fantastic little b & b

Had a fantastic night at the Saracens, the place was spotless, very nice room and very comfortable bed with excellent hosts and an amazing breakfast. We will definitely be returning here in the future

By far one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in - very clean, warm and friendly host. I slept like a baby on my bed, the breakfast was very good.....top marks all round

“An absolutely fantastic stay! Accommodation was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. The owners have truly thought of every detail, from the thoughtful toiletries to the beautifully curated decor. Their hospitality was exceptional—always helpful and accommodating. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the shower was superb. Breakfast was a highlight, with an outstanding selection and delicious options. We would definitely return.

The Superb Saracens House

My wife and I had a lovely time. The B&B was delightful, very clean, modern and tastefully decorated/renovated. Both Sam and Wade were brilliant hosts. The breakfast was gorgeous. It is situated in a lovely rural area with a gorgeous pub nearby where the food and hospitality were first class. I can only give a max of five stars but they deserve 10!

Our stay was excellent. We were met by a warm friendly face, lovely interaction on the way to our room. Room was clean and had everything we required. Brilliant idea around breakfast times and options. Our breakfast was cooked to perfection with an added extra (fried bread) which we asked for separately. On our departure we had a lovely conversation with Sam and Wade who couldn't have done anymore. We will use again and will recommend to anyone. 5***** Thank you

What an absolutely belting place. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the entrance to the B&B is stunning. Clean and pleasant smell throughout. Soft carpet underfoot. We were in room 3 and it was a good size. Tea/coffee in the room as well as a bottle of chilled water and a lovely touch , an offer of wine which is in a mini bottle (I had the Chardonnay and it was very pleasant.) The bed was so comfortable, and the sheets sooooo soft. Some road noise, but once I was asleep, didn’t notice it until I work up when my alarm went off. Menu to select breakfast was extensive. Good size bathroom with a basket of some fab toiletries. Breakfast was amazing. Sam takes such care with the preparation and cooking of the food and the products were definitely quality. By far one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in, 100% recommended

Beautiful stay in very well presented rooms. Everything you needed for your stay. Bed extremely comfortable, room lovely and clean. Fantastic choice for breakfast where you are able to pick from a varied menu and what time you wanted in the morning. Sam and Wade extremely friendly and very welcoming. Will definitely be back.

The owner Sam was friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to see us. The room was beautifully appointed and everything had been thought of right down to a basket of useful things you might have left at home 👍 The complimentary wine was a lovely touch and the breakfast was outstanding. So handy for ‘Over Wyre’ and a short distance from Knott End on Sea, Morecambe and Lancaster. So it’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us.

Sam&Wade were very gracious hosts. They went way out of there way to make sure everything was great. The breakfast menue was outstanding with a wide variety of items to chose from. During breakfast Sam would ask what you doing for the and gave suggestions on things to do along the route you want to take. Then if returnind she'd ask how your day was. They would even set outside with you in evening and talk to you. Always interested in what you said.
