Property over all was convenient for doctor visits we had over 2 days, in the area. However, although the motel clearly is trying, our room had an awful "chemical", or cleaning product smell that persisted for the stay. One of the bedspreads had several greasy looking stains, and the linens could all do with being replaced. Overall though, the room was clean, if not a little tired.

Thank you for your review Joanne. The awful "chemical" smell was the new carpet that we just had installed 2 weeks ago. Yes, we are an older property, but making updates continually, as we just received new linens last week as well, it just takes a little time to cycle through all the linens from 83 rooms.

It was an average place to stay. We were only there 1 night. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable but we did like that they had a flatscreen TV, large mini fridge, microwave and kcup machine in the room.

Room we had was right next to the office and there was a lot of coming and going noise. The hot tub was unfortunately out of service which was disappointing. The place was fine. Not great, not bad.

Comfortable and clean
Great place to stay, comfortable beds and helpful staff and a great price. Single story rooms so nooone above or below. Plenty of parking and lots to do u n the surrounding area.

Not a luxury facility by any means. Decor is “old-school motel”. Room smelled a LITTLE bit like stale smoke, but not unbearably so. But for the price? Fabulous. Easy access/parking, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, nice quality toiletries, comfortable bed and a pretty nice TV! And really decent coffee in the room, woohoo! We did not partake in the free breakfast, so can’t say much about that.

I'm sorry that you felt us defending ourselves from your yelling, due to your misunderstanding was offensive. Absolutely no foul or expletives were used. Joseph, you left without paying us your balance due, and your dog peed all over our towels and comforter.

Poulsbo inn & suites
Renee was more than helpful & so so awesome. We loved our room. Appreciated that there were like 4 waste baskets through out the room with +1 extra bag in each bin. The bed was huge & comfortable.. Would absolutely book here again. If you take a left out of here, you’ll get to the casino in less than 10 mins. Oh yeah, it started snowing on our last night & the power went out twice but their generators kicked on within 30 seconds each time. Psst: the rumor is true: when you get your room keys you each get a delicious chocolate chip cookie.
