Excellent front desk staff!!! The girl was so sweet and helpful. The only negative was that I had loud neighbors in the room next to mine. But it wasn't the hotel's fault.

I am an 85 year old Bon Voy member who when booking a one night stay online requested a room near the lobby or elevator. On the third try after checking in from a long day, I was given a room well away from the lobby and the entrance door from the parking area. While the first was far, the second was farther. Finally, I found someone at the reception desk who could and did help. The other staff member made excuses: (1) not on the request and (2) trouble with cleaners not coming in that day. This is not the first time I have found suburban reception people under par. The room, itself was lovely, but amateurs up front.

The room was great. The lobby was so nice, with comfortable couches and several places to relax. I like the cafe a lot. The staff was friendly and professional. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Parking was very convenient. This was a good place to stay. I would stay here again.

Facility was fine, but with what seemed an indifferent staff, no breakfast & a restaurant that was limited to all but inedible soup & toasted cheese sandwich, we would never return to a courtyard by Marriott. After a long day, we were very disappointed in the Lack of niceties.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Some of our brands do offer complimentary breakfast - unfortunately that is not a standard offering at a Courtyard hotel. We are sorry that you did not have an opportunity to enjoy our custom breakfast menu.

Thank you for your review. We believe you may be referring to the breakfast items in our Bistro. We do make all our breakfast entrees on property. Some items are prepared in advance by our staff and assembled in the beginning of the meal period to the quickest service time possible.
