"While we did eat breakfast and it was wonderful the rest of the place was poorly remodeled had an odor and some of the staff not so friendly. It is next to the train station and you can hear and feel it when passing under the hotel"

"We had a lovely, quiet stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet despite being next to the lifts. I was delighted we had a bathtub and a shower in a spacious bathroom. The location is great too, next to two pedestrian bridges to cross over to Darling Harbour. I just wish the hotel had a pool and indoor access to its restaurant. "
