"This "farm" had it all for our large extended family. (12 adults, 3 toddlers) From the fully stocked kitchens, inside and outside seating, picnic and BBQ areas, huge fenced in pool and jacuzzi area, an abundance of outdoor games (frisbee golf, corn hole) chickens and geese for the kids to feed. We also brought our mountain bikes and rode to the grasslands open space and drove to Julian for some apple pie. Carrissa the owner was great at communication. Answered any text immediately. This vacation rental could not have been any better and we hope to come back again. Thank you Carrissa!"

"Another great stay! This was our second stay at Boulder View. Once again, the house was clean and comfortable, and the owners were responsive and welcoming. We loved the time we spent in the backyard. It's well-kept, peaceful, and has a wonderful view. We hope to stay again sometime!"

"The rules when you arrive are 3 pages long. The pool and hot tub are advertised as heated. They are not. You have to ask the owner and if it is convenient he will turn the heat on but it takes hours to warm up. The roof leaked when it rained and you cannot put anything on the kitchen counters for fear of staining. Would not stay again. Also no guests allowed. "
