    Inside the tower, guests will find a serene main bedroom with a private bathroom, thoughtfully designed to preserve the authentic character of the original structure. Just outside, on the wraparound panoramic terrace, a bright and welcoming annex features a cozy living area with a trundle bed suitable for one guest, a compact kitchen, and an additional bathroom, providing flexible and comfortable living spaces.
    The expansive terrace is the true heart of Villa Tea—an extraordinary outdoor setting ideal for sunbathing, al fresco dining, or simply admiring the sweeping Mediterranean views. Suspended between sky and sea, Villa Tea is a truly unique and unforgettable retreat, where history, beauty, and authenticity come together in perfect harmony.
