Villa Valeria is a stunning property located in Positano, in the middle of the world­ famous Amalfi coast.
It is about 4 km from Positano main square and main beach and is the ideal place for a tranquil and relaxing vacation.
You access the property from the coastal street, through a private stairway with about 50 small steps and from there you also have direct access, again through a flight of steps, to the lovely beach of Laurito, where it is possible to rent deck chairs, beach umbrellas and where are also a bar for a snack, an Espresso, or a fresh drink and a couple of delicious restaurants.
In addition, from this beach a water taxi service is available to reach Positano main beach (Spiaggia Grande).
Villa Valeria is 140 m2, with a 70 m2 terrace, it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (+ a toilet) and it can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. It is split in two levels, and is surrounded by an extensive garden with wonderful view.
The property features a large living room, a fully­equipped kitchen, a fireplace, laundry room, 2 wide terraces with amazing sea view and a spacious solarium.
The first level of the villa is 140 m2, here you will find a large living room equipped with armchairs, TV, DVD player, dining table, fireplace and a large picture window that gives onto the panoramic terrace. The window offers the possibility to enjoy the breathtaking view even while unwinding on the sofas.
From the living room you can reach the kitchen, a small toilet and the solarium.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and other useful appliances such as a microwave oven and toaster.
The terrace is about 35 m2 and has access to the large solarium on the top floor, equipped with deck chairs for relaxing moments, sunbathing or sipping a glass of local wine.
Both the terrace and the solarium boast stunning views over Positano and the gorgeous sea of the Amalfi Coast.
This level has central heating and Wi­Fi Internet connection.
The second level is 85 m2 and is connected to the first via an internal spiral staircase. Here you will find a cozy sitting room equipped with sofas, a small fireplace and a panoramic window. From here you can reach the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: one bedroom has a double bed and a small terrace with sea
view; the second bedroom is large and has 2 single beds (that can be joined upon request), a sofa, two windows and the possibility to add a further bed; the last bedroom has a double bed and a window with sea view.
in front of the bedrooms, there are two of the bathrooms (with showers) and the other with a bath tub too. Near the bathrooms there is a laundry room.
On this floor are also found two small gardens and the terrace/solarium that measures about 80 m2. The terrace has a BBQ area, two external showers (one hot and one cold), deck chairs and small tables for entertaining outside.

Neighborhood and transport:
Positano is a village on the Amalfi coast. It is a very popular tourist destination with pebble beaches and narrow and steep streets full of shops and cafes. The Church of Santa Maria Assunta has a majolica dome and a Byzantine icon of the 13th century Virgin Mary. The Sentiero degli Dei hiking trail connects Positano to other coastal towns. A must see!

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
A cash refundable deposit of 500 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
Check-In time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Late check in fee after 20:00 € 25; after 11 pm € 50.

Prices include taxes, cleaning costs upon arrival, electric, bed linens and towels.

EXTRA COST to paid on site:
Final cleaning 150 €.
In case of a stay of more than 1 week € 150 will be due for the weekly cleaning + € 150 for the final cleaning
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
Heating from November to April € 20 per day
