The house offers well-organised and functional interiors, designed to ensure comfort and practicality throughout your stay. The living area is welcoming and features a smart TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals at home. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The true heart of the house is the spacious panoramic terrace, an exclusive outdoor space where guests can spend most of the day. Furnished with a dining table and sun loungers, it offers beautiful views over the sea of Positano and the surrounding coastline, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying peaceful moments outdoors.
The house accommodates up to five guests and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
• Bedroom 1 with sea view: queen-size bed and TV, air conditioning, with Bathroom 1 equipped with a shower and bidet;
• Bedroom 2: queen-size bed and air conditioning;
• Bedroom 3: single bed and air conditioning.
Bathroom 2, with shower and bidet, is easily accessible from the common areas.
Located in a quiet residential area, the house is about a 10 minute walk from Positano’s town centre. From here, Spiaggia Grande can be reached in approximately 5 minutes, while Fornillo Beach is about a 10 minute walk along pleasant paths through the town. Restaurants, cafés and shops are all within easy walking distance.

A baby cot is available upon request at a cost of € 30 per night.
- Parking
Please note that there is no on-site parking at the property, which is common for most private homes in Positano. Nearby paid parking options are available, and we are happy to assist guests with information and support regarding the closest facilities.
- Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the property, including traditional cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. Guests can smoke only in the outdoor areas.
- Children
For safety reasons, children must always be accompanied by an adult, especially when using the outdoor areas.
- Access to the property
Please note that the house, like all homes in Positano, is accessed via approximately 100 steps descending from street level. Guests may also choose to reach the property from the beach by following a longer but particularly beautiful walk along Positano’s iconic staircase, known as the “Scalinatella”.
- Transportation
Public transportation is readily available, providing a convenient way to get around Positano. Taxi services are also available.
