The absolute best location and amazing staff. Plus, the room was incredible. Got upgraded to the only full suite they have and the view is just insane. Huge deck, lots of varied seating, a hot tub... They also accommodated parking at their sister hotel across the street.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful room with a balcony and view of the sea. Complimentary in room breakfast was a wonderful touch. Hotel is near a bus stop and we also walked down into the port via stairs and the road.

This property was perfectly quaint, with a large balcony adjoining the room, delicious breakfast included, and great service (carrying bags, storing luggage, calling taxi, etc). I will be recommending them to friends wanting to visit Positano.

Breakfast was ok and the power went out multiple times, but overall it was a beautiful hotel. Very clean, great views, safe, and the stafff was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again for our next trip to Positano!

The staff was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. They even helped us arrange transportation to Naples train station. Breakfast delivered daily to the room (included in room rate). I would highly recommend this hotel!

Casa Caprile was great. The room and balcony were just what we wanted. Breakfast was served to the room each morning, where we could look out before starting the day. The staff were nice and helpful. The walks were not always comfortable when traffic was high, but that's just part of Positano.

The staff here is fantastic! We felt very happy to be here! Our bathroom did have a very funky smell in it that we couldn’t figure out. There are tons of great places to eat near by and it is only about a 20 minute walk to the bottom of Positano! We recommend taking the roads and only the staircases when necessary:)

This is a lovely hotel B&B in Positano. We had to come stay in the Amalfi Coast while we were in Italy. This was a fantastic experience. The view from our room was incredible. The room was huge and well appointed same with the bathroom. Just be careful as the tile floor is slippery when you’re wet. We had an amazing included breakfast delivered in room at 9:00AM with everything on gorgeous locally painted ceramic dishes. The staff was amazing and hospitality was perfect. We will definitely be back on our next visit! Parking is a little spotty especially since the main road was under construction but the hotel staff were great at recommending where to park nearby and offered street parking when available.

This is a B & B vs hotel. It had minimal staff. In compared to a traditional B & B, staff was less attentive, minimum services offered, breakfast disappointing. The room was beautiful with a large private balcony and view. That was probably the best thing. Paid extra for an omelette, it was not appetizing.

Staff is great. Rooms are clean. Views are beautiful. It is high up from the bottom so you will take a bus or taxi up. Walking down is fine. Breakfast is convenient. They bring it to your room at the time you want. Restaurants nearby are very good.

Beautiful room and wonderful views from our balcony. Gracious and welcoming staff. Many steps down to the harbor if walking, but worth it to stay here. Breakfast was generous and tasty, and was delivered on time to our room each day. We would highly recommend.

Amazing view from hotel, kind staffs

It is truly a hidden gem. I had some doubt seeing how small the count of reviews were, but as we arrived at the hotel staffs were super friendly, and the room arranged for us was amazing. I would love to go back there if I have another chance.

Stairs,stairs,stairs :) Your legs will look different after this trip . Regarding the property : The hotel was ok . Coffee machine in the room did not work , they brought us another one - that was broken too . In general , polite people no objection to the people working , small hotel with a large terrace in our room . I think for the money paid - that is not worth it.

Very nice hotel with good service. They arranged transportation for us which was appreciated. Breakfast in the room/ terrace was very nice. Nice room with the basics of what you will need. Would recommend. Just know, as with most hotels there- it is a long walk to the beach. Very manageable. But this is mid to upper Positano and a bit of an effort to walk to and from the water. Maybe a 20 minute wak. But very nice stay.

Simply amazing. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures including the patio with the breathtaking view of the sea. Full and superb breakfast served on the patio every date. And this was for the regular room. Definitely high value for money.

The view from our porch had me hatching schemes to barricade ourselves in the room and refuse to leave! Fantastic!! The room had nice space, was impeccably clean, and everyone was so nice!
