No communication from owner until less than 48 hours before our trip, so we were briefly nervous. Note this unit faces the rear; nice sky view and an easy stroll thru the property to the water across the street, but no water views from the apartment."

"I had an amazing stay at South Beach Residences Oct 2025. The location is easily accessible by car and close to many amenities. The room felt new, it was very clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. They even had beach chairs annd umbrellas for us to borrow during the duration of our stay. Amir was extremely helpful and informative! He met us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. 10/10 highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed. "
