Staff were very friendly and helpful, provided good overview of apartment and suggestions for eating at which restaurants! Loved our stay, highly recommend! Only issue was they need to find a way to send you to parking first as you can not get near the hotel to park in front because it’s a one way street and driving in Porto is horrible. We circled for way too long and finally had to park a distance away, Walk to hotel and then figure out how to move car to parking. Other than that it was great!! "

My only complaint, and it’s minor, is the buttons that operate the lights and blinds. They are tricky. But they do not take away from the great time our entire family had! Big thank you to everyone that works there, you made our trip to Porto one of the best, what a place.
