Dear Mr Zanyar, Thank you for staying with us. We are saddened to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. We have 6 free parking spaces on our hotel forecourt. When these are full guests must buy a parking permit for the surrounding streets for £4.50 this allows for 24 hours of street parking. There is usually plenty of parking available. Apologies but we are not given the option to state that there are only 6 free of charge parking spaces available. We only have two options available to us online which are either free or paid. Dear Guest, We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us and it’s very upsetting that you felt the need to slander our hotel and lie about the circumstances. You did in fact lock yourself out of your room late at night not at 6pm like you stated. When you book it clearly states that our reception is closed after 10pm. We checked the missed calls and you called at 11.46pm. The receptionist apologised after you repeatedly swore and intimidated her over both message and on the phone. We will not be giving a refund due to the foul language you used when talking to our young female receptionist. Hi, we have put in place all mandatory covid restrictions. We have signs on every floor of the hotel and provide antibacterial hand sanitizer and soap in the bathrooms and at reception. The staff made you fully aware of the restrictions that were in place and told you that you could book out the showers so that they could be santized before and after using them, which you declined. Hi, we have followed every COVID guideline to make our hotel as safe as possible. Masks and antibacterial hand sanitizer can both be acquired from reception upon request. There is also the option to book a time slot for a shower so that they can be disinfected before and after use. We do apologize that the mattresses were not to your taste but we have had many guests in the past who found them very comfy. They have even asked who our mattress suppliers were so they could buy one for themselves.
