The unique thing about this property is that there are no staff to help if you get locked out of your room after 6pm, which resulted in me sleeping on a park bench close by. Completely unacceptable, i finally recieved a call at 7:15 the next morning from some rude woman who made me feel like it was an effort to help me, consluding in her just saying someone will be down at 8am to let you in.... The customer service in the joke of a hotel is the worse i have ever experienced while working away from home. They really dont care about their guests, in addition to this the hotel (if you can call it that) is not covid safe, the toilets were dirty and clearly havent been cleaned within a 24 hour period this is proven by no members of staff being in the premises all night. And on top of all that there was no hot water to even wash your hands, didnt even bother with the shower complete horror show of a place. Parking is also hard to find and the rooms are incredibly small. Do your self a favour and book somewhere else if you are reading this. I am still waiting for a refund which they are being very difficult about with shows just how terrible this place is after the experience i had... southsea sucks should be the new name of this place!
