Escape to this spacious, open-plan apartment, perfect for families and groups seeking a peaceful getaway. With panoramic views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight, this bright and airy home offers a serene retreat just steps from the beach.

Whether you`re here to explore, relax, or simply recharge, this seaside apartment promises a memorable stay for all.

Relax in the inviting living area, soak in the coastal scenery, and enjoy the tranquillity of your surroundings. After a day of exploring, take a leisurely walk along the beach or unwind with a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants – all within easy reach.

This apartment has a king size bed in the main room, double and bunk beds in the second bedroom. Walk in shower (baby bath provided), washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher. It even has its own allocated parking space, a rare gem in the city!

You have access to the entire apartment.

The apartment is on the first floor. There is a lift if needed.

There is off road parking for 1 car behind the property on Clarence Road. Additional parking permits can be requested via online checkin for additional cars.

We are trying to do our bit for the environment wherever possible. We are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:
Milk in reusable glass bottles (as far as possible and time permitting)
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don’t throw them away) they are British made and cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - who gives a crap. Made from recycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. No house parties, hen or stag parties. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.
Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issues immediately.
Refundable damage deposit of £150 is required.
We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested.
The following charges may be applied

Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost.
Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy. Should the allowance be exceeded, we reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover this amount. Information surrounding the Fair Usage Allowance can be requested and found on our website.

Very convenient for our purpose of visiting family. Property was clean and well equipped except for a microwave oven which would have made heating snacks or quick meals less of a hassle than having to use a full conventional oven.Having said this the situation is certainly excellent with great views from the lounge windows and I would thoroughly recommend this Accomodation to anyone looking for a quiet yet very conveniently placed to stay especially as it has its own off road parking space.Thank you to our very helpful hosts.
