Ideally located for exploring the area on foot, you can enjoy walks to Old Portsmouth and the beach, with a fantastic choice of restaurants and cafés right on your doorstep for relaxed evenings out. ⬆️ Please note, the apartment is not suitable for guests with limited mobility, as there are a number of steps to access the property. 🛋️ Spacious Living & Dining The apartment features a large living room with space to dine, work and relax, including a comfortable lounge area and sofa bed ideal for families, friends or longer stays. 🍽️ Kitchen Fully equipped separate kitchen, perfect for self-catering 🛏️ Bedrooms & Bathroom Master bedroom can be set up as either twin beds or a super-king Second bedroom with a comfortable double bed Bathroom with a shower over the bath 🔑 Guest Access & Support You’ll have exclusive use of the entire apartment. We’re always available by phone should you have any questions during your stay. 🚗 Parking One private off-road parking space included (suitable for a standard-size car) For larger vehicles or additional cars, on-street parking permits can be arranged Parking for one car is included; additional vehicles are charged ♻️ Eco-Friendly Touches We aim to reduce single-use plastics and support British suppliers wherever possible. During your stay, you may find: Milk in reusable glass bottles (subject to availability and timing) Refillable, British-made, cruelty-free toiletries (please don’t throw them away) Eco-friendly toilet paper from Who Gives A Crap, made from recycled paper with plastic-free packaging Washable microfibre dishcloths instead of disposable cloths
