Management was super helpful and friendly. "Very clean and check-in was super easy. Very nice hosts. A great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding olive trees. Very close to Trieste and Koper - so it's also a great location if you need to get groceries or want to go for dinner or drinks. Bonus - there's an outdoor wood burning fireplace / bbq - it kept us warm on a cold night! Overall a great place. Highly recommend! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. There are bikes available and it is extremely easy to cycle around the area. There is also a no. 37 bus which goes every half hour into Grado. Tickets can be bought from the local bar. "The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "

"All staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. The room was modern, pristine and had a great view to the marina. The restaurant was stellar: we had an amazing gourmet dinner there last night where we were pleasantly surprised with not listed appetizers, amuse bouche and deserts.
