Located in one of the most picturesque corners of the town center, the property boasts an enchanting view of moored boats and the colorful façades of the Elban waterfront.

The entrance opens into a bright and carefully styled environment, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and beauty.

The living area opens onto large windows that frame the sea view, creating a constant dialogue between the interior and the surrounding landscape. The space flows seamlessly from the lounge to the dining area and into a fully equipped modern kitchen.

On the upper level, a private mezzanine hosts the master bedroom with a round double bed.

Important Notes:

Arrival: from 16:00 to 19:00. Arrivals after 19:30 are accepted with a supplement of 40 euro.
Departure: by 09:00.
Bedding: Bed and bath linen are not included but can be rented upon request at a cost of 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed, to be requested 7 days before arrival. Linen can only be picked up at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
