My holiday in Elba
Very beautiful holiday, excellent accommodation with a beautiful beach in close to the property. Friendly and kindly care of owner. I recommend to all.

Ferienhaus Elba mit Hund
Haus sehr schön gelegen (2Minuten zum Kiesstrand) und gut eingezäuntes Gelände (wir hatten unseren Hund dabei). In unmittelbarer Nähe ein Restaurant (La Carva), wo man morgens auch sehr gute Croissants bekommen hat. Das Haus als solches bekommt leider nur 2 Sterne, da es nur sehr einfach eingerichtet war. Die Küche ist sehr klein und für Familie mit Kindern ist es dort sehr sportlich Essen vorzubereiten, da nur sehr kleine Arbeitsfläche ( eine Brettchenbreite) vorhanden. Was auf den Bildern nicht sichtbar war: es gibt auch einen kleinen Gefrierschrank. In den vorhandenen Töpfen kocht lediglich Wasser nicht an 😅. Der Gasherd lässt sich nicht wirklich gut regulieren. Die Pfannen waren nach dem ersten Gebrauch in alle Dimensionen verbogen (waren einfach nicht für Gas geeignet). Kein Toaster und kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Im Aussenbereich gibt es Liegestühle und Schatten ist durch Bäume gewährleistet. Leider gab es keine Auflag

Kleine Villa direkt am Meer
Die Villa ist nett eingerichtet und liegt alleinstehend auf einem abgetrennten Grundstück. Der Garten ist groß mit genug Schatten, aber steinig. Der Check-in Prozess läuft völlig digital und reibungslos ab. Der kleine Strand am Meer liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und durch die Bucht ist das Meer auch sehr ruhig ohne größere Wellen. Leider gab es viele Mücken und wir wollten uns deshalb kaum draußen aufhalten. Dennoch haben wir die Zeit dort genossen.

Tolles Haus und tolles Grundstück mit Hund
Haus hat einen schönen großen Garten, wirklich toll mit Hund. Es ist alles da , was man braucht. Lage ist super wirklich nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt

Ottima posizione
Casa molto carina,semplice e pulita. Noi eravamo 2 adulti 3 bambini di 3/5/7 anni e Romeo il ns Labrador,siamo stati benissimo. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere le spiagge piu belle,e i paesi più carini. La spiaggia di fronte casa non é per nulla bella ma per chi ha famiglia é perfetta perché comoda,per la sera o per quei giorni in cui la macchina non là si vuole prendere. L’acqua é cristallina,é la spiaggia a non esser per curata e servono le scarpette perché solo sassi. C’è un bar ristorante tabacchi edicola,a 100 metri,la pineta con il suo baretto con tavoloni,ed una piccola parte di spiaggia attrezzata . Per noi é stato tutto perfetto Un consiglio alle proprietarie è quello di lasciare dell’acqua e magari dei piccoli snack di benvenuto ,perché a volte si arriva veramente cotti dal lungo viaggio ,soprattutto qnd si hanno bambini in macchina😵‍💫😳

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Super Ferienhaus,lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist traumhaft und mit Hund ideal, da eingezäunt. Nur wenige Minuten zum Meer. Wir hatten mit der Vermieterin vor allem über Telefon und WhatsApp Kontakt, was sehr gut funktioniert hat.

Tolles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns eine Woche lang sehr wohl in dem Ferienhaus gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was einen Urlaub angenehm macht. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage auf Elba sind alle Ausflugsziele (und Strände) sehr gut zu erreichen. Wer nicht fahren möchte ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Kiesstrand oder legt sich zum Entspannen in den großen Garten.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Das schöne Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Seitenweg in einer kleinen Siedlung. In 100m Entfernung ist man an einem idyllischen, kleinen Kieselstrand mit klarem Wasser und Blick auf Portoferraio. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und groß genug für eine 4-köpfige Familie, wozu auch das riesige, komplett eingezäunte Grundstück beiträgt. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei (unbedingt bei der Buchung angeben), der frei auf dem Gelände laufen konnte. Nach Portoferraio sind es nur 10 Autominuten und auch andere Strände und Orte (Empfehlungen: Porto Azzurro, Marciana Marina, Capoliveri) sind schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder hier buchen!

Wunderschöner Rückzugsort
Das Objekt ist perfekt gelegen in der Nähe von mehreren Restaurants und Stränden. Es gibt einen direkten Strand in 2 Minuten zu Fuß mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Hafen von Portoferraio. Wir waren vom Haus positiv überrascht, da es live besser aussieht als auf den Bildern. Eine absolute Ruheoase, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Nur der Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (haben wir auf Inseln schon öfter bemerkt) aber dank Lüften gut lösbar. Die direkte Straße zum Objekt ist zwar eng und etwas abenteuerlich aber wenn man ein sicherer Autofahrer ist, kein Problem. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allen wichtigen Utensilien in Bad, Küche, Esszimmer, … und man hat sehr viel Platz. Der Garten ist wunderschön und wirklich sehr groß, das Auto wird direkt im Garten geparkt. Der Kontakt mit Silvia war jederzeit unkompliziert und schnell. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!
