Villa Giolù: La Terrazza Apartment, near the beach !
- Situated on the first floor with an independent entrance, the flat is characterised by a beautiful and large terrace with sea view, with a covered loggia where there is an outdoor dining area, a relaxation area with sun loungers, sofa and armchairs. From the terrace you enter the flat , finely furnished , consisting of a very large living room the dining area , two double bedrooms . Both rooms are equipped with electric blades for ventilation with remote control. In the living room there is a single sofa bed. The kitchen is independent, with access also from the terrace, and is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms: one complete with shower and a toilet with washbasin and WC. Also available to guests is the large garden with a bbq , shared with the other two flats on the ground floor of the villa . The laundry room with washing machine , iron and ironing board is on the ground floor. The car park is located inside the villa and is accessed through an automatic gate.
