Ideal for families and groups of friends, Il Grifo provides everything you need to feel at home: heating, cable TV, board games, and children's books—perfect even on cooler days.



The highlight is the large garden with a furnished terrace, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or enjoying sunsets over the sea, surrounded by nature and tranquility.



The nearest beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Restaurants, shops, and bars can be reached in about 10 minutes. The property is located along the GTE (Grande Traversata Elbana) trail.

Grandioser Blick

Ein wunderschönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in herrlicher Lage mit Blicken auf tolle Sonnenuntergänge und Portoferraio, der Fernwanderweg GTE geht direkt am Haus vorbei, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen,Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und herzlich.

Romantisches Ferienhaus mit tollem (Meer)Blick

Pros: Lia und Rita sind wundervolle Gastgeber, die ein tolles, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Wohlfühlgarantie teilen. Die Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Träumen ein, ob in der Hängematte, auf Liegestühlen oder an einem der zwei Tische (je nach Tageszeit ist jeweils einer der Tische schattig und ein Tisch sonnig). Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen, Yoga im Garten und ein Frühstück mit Blick auf Portoferraio haben unseren Urlaub auf Elba abgerundet. Im Haus felt es an nichts: liebevolle Dekoration, Kunst, Bücher, Spiele, Sitzkissen, Spiele für Drinnen und Draußen. Noch in keiner Ferienwohnung haben wir bisher eine so gut ausgestattete Küche gefunden. Auch Handtücher sind groß und reichlich vorhanden! Es gibt sehr nette Nachbarn und die Lage war für uns perfekt: zentrale (und ruhig) auf der Insel, je nach Wetter kann man in alle Richtungen in 30 Minuten am Ziel sein. Bei Fragen und Anfragen haben Rita und Lia innerhalb von einer Stunde sofort geholfen. Danke für alles!

Ein kleines, ruhiges Paradies.

Pros: Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und enthält alles, was man sich für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wünscht. Die Küche ist sehr ansprechend und gut ausgerüstet. Es ist alles sehr sauber und man sieht, dass das Haus trotz seines Alters sehr gepflegt ist. Die Betreuung könnte nicht besser sein. Die Besitzerin ist äusserst nett und zuvorkommend in der ganzen Kommunikation und die zuständige Person vor Ort ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall von Herzen empfehlen! Cons: Wenn wir überhaupt irgendetwas bemängeln müssten, dann die Tatsache, dass der Rasen nicht gemäht war.

Wir sind eine 5 köpfige Familie mit 3 kleinen Kindern und das Haus hat uns absolut geholfen zu entsp

Pros: Das Haus ist von den Räumlichkeiten wunderbar aufgeteilt und geschnitten. Die Räume sind großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten und die Lage bieten Kindern viel Platz und Sicherheit sich unabhängig zu bewegen. Die Hängematte und der Ausblick sind unwahrscheinlich erholsam.
