About this property

Enchanting sea view apartment with large terrace

  • Charming independent apartment of about 100 square meters 50 meters from the characteristic port of Magazzini in the gulf of Portoferraio, in a residential context with a beautiful sea view and a large terrace of 40 square meters. Consisting of large living room with open kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom, two bathrooms and external laundry area. Apartment completely renovated in 2011 in the internal parts and in 2016 as regards the terrace and the external parts. The house is finished with attention to detail and furnishings.
    The apartment has air conditioning, is equipped with dishes, dishwasher and oven, as well as washing machine and dryer in the outdoor area. Linen can be supplied on request, with a supplement of 15 euros per person per day.
    Rented from June 17th until August 10th for a minimum of 10 days.
    Attention: the garden in the photos and the rooms below the terrace are not available to guests, but are for the exclusive use of the property.

Great appartement

Appartement is great for families. Master bedroom with private bath for parents is a very cool feature. Well equiped kitchen. Wondefull view on Portoferraio bay. Friendly own

sehr empfehlenswerte saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir sind von der Ferienwohnung sehr begeistert! Genau die obere Lage ist phantastisch mit Blick auf die Bucht von Portoferraio. Auf einer großen Glycienien überdachten Pergola-Terrasse hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht mit malerischen Sonnenuntergängen; der Urlaub lässt sich traumhaft und erholsam erleben. Von der Ausstattung, der Sauberkeit, dem Service und der großen ehrlichen Hilfe sind wir sehr begeistert. Fazit: wir kommen bestimmt sehr gern wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Alle Orte der Insel sind mit dem Auto von Magazzini aus gut zu erreichen.

Wir haben den Urlaub bei Giovanni sehr genossen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt toll, die Bar bzw. das Ristorante Mare sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ideal fürs Frühstück. Der Hausstrand war wegen der angeschwemmten Algen leider nicht sehr schön aber 3 min Autofahrt nach Bagnaia ist er umso netter und auch nicht sehr Touristisch. Besonder schön ist die Aussicht auf Portoferraio von der Terrasse aus. Francesco der Verwalter war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Klimaanlage war auch sehr leise. Es war ein echt toller Urlaub und wir würden uns freuen wenn wir wieder bei Giovanni wohnen dürften. Herzlichen Dank

Terrasse mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Wohnung entspricht vollständig den Angaben im Inserat. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Der Ort ist sehr klein, der nächste Supermarkt einige Kilometer entfernt. Das muss man einplanen. Dennoch eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful Villa with a stunning view

Giovvani’s house is best described as truly wonderful. Well equipped and spacious. The outstanding aspect is most definitely the terrace and it’s stunning view of the bay. The sunsets are absolutely beautiful! Giovanni as a host was fantastic, when I asked a question, by email, I always got a rapid response. He gave us really good tips regarding beaches and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Giovanni as a host and his property! Andy

Très belle vue

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines (2 adultes et 2 ados). Dans le tout petit hameau Magazzini, ce logement se trouve à flan de colline, accessible par des escaliers. Très belle vue, depuis la superbe terrasse, et aussi depuis le salon et une des 3 chambres. La petite plage de galets de Magazzini est malheureusement envahie d’algues, rendant la baignade peu agréable. Sur l’île, belles plages de sable ou galets accessibles en voiture. L’intérieur de l’île est très calme et permet de nombreuses balades avec de très beaux paysages. Commerces accessibles en voiture. Contacts très sympathiques avec le propriétaire, ainsi qu’avec la personne qui accueille. Merci.

Calme et vue superbe

Appartement très bien situé dans un endroit très calme. Très pratiques, les deux chambres à coucher avec les deux salles de bain et la cuisine bien équipée. Un grand aout : la grande terrasse avec une vue sublime sur la mer et le port de Portoferraio. Le propriétaire a tout mis en oeuvre pour que nous passions un excellent séjour.

Charmates Häuschen mit Blick über die Bucht

Das Häuschen ist freundlich und persönlich eingerichtet, einfach und gut modernisiert und nicht zu verwechseln mit einer sterilen Hotelwohnung. Wir hatten als Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem kleinen Ort mit dem Restaurant und der deutschen Segelschule. Die Kinder haben bis spät abends auf der Piazza gespielt und trotzdem war es die wenigen Stufen oberhalb des Hafens erstaunlich ruhig. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu den schönen Stränden in unmittelbarer Nähe (Auto 10 Minuten) und mann kann auf der Terrasse den Start und das Ausklingen des Tages auf dem großen Balkon feiern.
