Except for the cleaning and the restaurant crew, staff was rude, dismissive and even mocking at times. The area has nothing to offer after 5pm or o n the weekends. Will not stay there again.

Some very pleasant staff, others not so much. Customer service can improve but in Porto Velho, the hotel can be considered the best choice.

Friendly stuff and nice hotel. I would recommend. Amazon breakfast, the pool server Joao is friendly and always on top of everything.

Great
It was great! Comfortable bed, quite and clean. Parking is just on the other side of the road very good. Swimming pool was under renovation which was a shame but has to be done. Breakfast was lovely, good selection.

Good pit stop
Nice stop on road from nowhere to nowhere, parking is in public lot across road, safe enough as judges office park there too. Only subway was close enough for dinner as I didn't feel comfortable straying too far from hotel after dark Refurbished rail station by river is a good walk after a long drive

Nice hotel to stay in Porto Velho
I was there twice for a total of 5 nights in the past month. This is a very comfortable hotel with all the amenities, WiFi, very reasonably priced laundry, 24-hour restaurant and a GREAT breakfast every morning. It is fairly new and they were still remodeling the lobby but that didn't interfere with the comfort of the room or the hotel. The staff at the front desk were eager to help and very pleasant to talk to. The manager was courteous and efficient. I had no issues. I would gladly stay there again. I did not rate it 5 because it is not on par with some of the great hotels in the world but, for Porto Velho, it is a jewel.

Quarto sujo e encardido
Hotel estava muito sujo, a recepção e restaurante impecável porém dentro do quarto toalhas encardidas, lençol com manchas de sujeira, rejunte super encardido com muita sujeira, sinceramente na cidade possui hotéis com metade do valor é mais higiene, sem falar uma moça da recepção extremamente indelicada!

Eu me hospedo desde 2016 e a última vez foi em 2018. O hotel preza pela qualidade e procura manter o padrão. O conforto e a qualidade são excelentes. A equipe muito, muito atenciosa e zelosa. O restaurante ficou excelente. Parabéns pelo empenho e dedicação em manter a qualidade.

Já fiquei neste hotel algumas vezes e a experiência sempre foi boa, porém desta última senti que a qualidade caiu, qd cheguei na recepção o ar condicionado estava caindo água, e percebi tbm telhas de aranha em alguns lugares da recepção. Quando cheguei no meu quarto , não tinha toalha de banho bem tapete ( e eu estava no quarto mais caro ) pedi na recepção mas acabei tendo q ir buscar ..: outro fator que percebi foi a falta de manutenção de alguns itens, como interruptor solto … enfim o hotel é bacana mas senti a qualidade cair

Levemente frustrante
Foi levemente frustrante a estadia, pois erraram a acomodação que reservei, fiquei quase 1h esperando para o novo quarto, quando cheguei estava com cheiro terrivel de cigarro (o quarto era para não fumantes). Demorou horas para irem limpar, saimos do quarto e quando voltamos estava limpo, tinha um cartão novo, porém nao avisaram que era para trocarmos. Os preços são exorbitantes. Pedi comida pelo delivery, deixaram na recepção e simplesmente não ligaram para nos avisar, ou seja, iam ficar caso não tivéssemos descido para ir atrás. Fora essa frustração, o quarto é confortável, a cama maravilhosa, o banheiro bom, sem barulhos, mas os canais de tv deixaram a desejar.
