Our studio apartment has been carefully designed to offer maximum comfort in a compact space. The modern and elegant décor creates a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for you to relax after a day of exploring the city. The living/sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The compact kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, if you wish, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen utensils. The private bathroom offers a refreshing shower and all the necessary amenities for your stay.



Important information:



- The property has a zero-tolerance policy for smokers. In case of non-compliance, a minimum fee of €200 may be applied.



- For stays longer than 30 nights, a responsible consumption policy applies up to a limit of €80.



- A welcome kit with essential products for the first day of your stay is provided.



- Additional services such as extra cleaning, extra bed linen, or extra keys can be requested subject to availability and additional cost.



- Checkout must be done by 11:00 AM. Late checkouts without prior authorization may incur additional costs.



- All guests must complete the mandatory registration form required by Portuguese law.
