Precisando de manutenção, mas com ótima localizaçã

Na verdade, não tinha expectativas superiores ao que foi encontrado tendo em vista os relatos aqui apresentados por hóspedes anteriores. E o apartamento é realmente o que se propõe a ser: simples, sem qualquer luxo, muitas escadas e desgastes que evidenciam precária manutenção do espaço. De qualquer forma, estava tudo limpo e atendimento com os responsáveis foi cordial e bastante prestativo, especialmente a simpatia e competência da Iris. No mais, destaca-se positivamente a localização do apartamento, perto de todos os principais atrativos turísticos da cidade do Porto.

Nous y avons passés 2 nuits , un peu passant mais c'est supportable. Bien placé. Très humide (odeur très forte lors de notre venue, et plafond de chambre assez bas. Helene nous a bien accueillie et nous apporte des infos sur la ville ! Bien équipé ! Simple !

scomodo, scale terribili, porta non sicura, vecchio, scaldabagno pericoloso con presa a via (non possibile con le norme di sicurezza), bagno con muffa, muffa ovunque sul soffitto e finestre, sporco, non i apriva una finestra,piumini rotti scaffali rotti, cuscini sporchi. non chairo il costo per late chek in ( scirtto in seguito dopo reclamo sul sito) no ricevuta, NON c'era il riscaldamento, il calorifero elettrico rotto, e quando ho chiesto di sistemarlo nessuno e venuto e faceva freddo perche era molto UMIDO!!!!!

Lovely Apt, great location, great deal!

Great location, very nice views and the recommendations I received about the local restaurnats were exceptional. Had a problem with the hot but it was attended to immediately. Very responsive. Nice comfortable bed, overall would very good deal would come back to stay here.

El alojamiento de iris está muy bien ubicado muy cerca a todos los sitios de interés puedes ir caminando a todos. Lo unico es q necesitan de remodelacion ya q la pared de nuestro techo se estaba cayendo la pintura y las tomas de corriente no estaban muy seguras se salían de la pared x lo cual si vas con niños es un poco peligroso. No hay ascensor y el parking x la zona es un poco costoso. Limpieza impecable y la amabilidad de iris la anfitriona es muy buena compensa un poco los imprevistos.

Die Wohnung ist sehr renovierungsbedürfig. Das Laminat hat viele Zwischenräume von 1-2 cm. Die Schrank im Schlafzimmer war total wackelig. Wir haben uns nicht getraut den Schrank zu öffnen bzw. unsere Sachen einzuräumen. Die Badewanne sieht aus als wäre sie schon 50 Jahre alt.Die Fenster waren einfach verglast. D. h. man konnte jedes Geräusch von außen hören.

Établissement bien situé, hôtesse très agréable. Mais la vue ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos (vue sur un mur), l’appartement était mal entretenu (traces noires sur les murs et dans la baignoire, moisissures sur les murs de la véranda, cuvette des toilettes cassée, rayures profondes sur le parquet), sombre et mal aéré. Des odeurs d'égouts émanaient en permanence de l’evier de la cuisine, et le chauffe-eau a dû être changé pendant notre séjour (plus d’eau chaude). Le tarif de ce logement était excessif aux vues des prestations fournies. J’ai envoyé une plainte au service de réclamations de agence-voyage Sncf sans aucune réponse...

de lokatie en de inrichting waren erg goed maar er was veel kapot, stopcontacten hangen uit de muur, de buizen langs het bad worden zo heet dat je je er aan verbrand als je in het bad stapt, de lamp in de gang deed het niet waardoor we heel gevaarlijk in het pikdonker vier trappen af moesten, de wcc bril zat volledig los.

Le seul point positif est la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueilli. Le reste n'a été qu'une suite d'ennuis: fuite d'eau du plafond (une vraie piscine dans l'appartement) donc changement d'appartement et arrivé au nouveau, toilettes bouchées. Nous avons passé de très long moment a tout géré. Passez votre chemin.

Appartamento essenziale, ottima posizione centrale

Appartamento davvero essenziale, bilanciato dalla posizione ottima per visitare le varie zone centrali di Porto. Il soffitto ribassato in camera da letto rende un po' l'aria soffocante nelle giornate estive più bollenti. Letto comodo, WiFi pienamente funzionante. Purtroppo bagno e cucina hanno arredamento datato e non sempre in ottimo stato: il lavandino del bagno è otturato, il rubinetto in cucina "balla" pericolosamente, la porta del bagno non si chiude e la tavoletta del wc è mezza rotta. In cucina frigo (rumorosissimo) e microonde sono comodissimi: il piano cottura però necessiterebbe una seria pulita.. Nel complesso comodo come posizione e dotato dell'essenziale, per viaggiatori che sanno adattarsi e non troppo pretenziosi! 👍

Gedateerd, schoon, vier hoog zonder lift.

Porto is klimmen en dalen. Niet geschikt als je slecht ter been bent. Het appartement is gedateerd en je moet zes trappen op, zonder lift. Omdat er geen receptie is moet je bellen en vervolgens buiten wachten op de persoon die de incheck doet (bij ons circa 20 minuten). Het is verder schoon en de ligging is perfect. WiFi weekte niet omdat er problemen waren bij de provider.

Per me è NO!

Situato in posizione "comoda", certo vicino al centro, peccato che per arrivarci dal deposito bagagli vicino alla chiesa di san fracisco è stato faticosissimo con le valigie, è TUTTA in salita!!! Prendete un taxi se potete, anzi non prenotate qui. Struttura molto vecchia con scalini interni rotti e davvero alti, puzza di muffa incredibile, sacchi della spazzatura appoggiati fuori dalla porta dell'appartamento. Cucina sporca con all'interno del freezer un piatto con della carne congelata probabilmente dei precedenti inquilini, bagno piccolo e per niente comodo con porta che fa fatica a chiudersi e senza bidet, camera matrimoniale forse l'unica cosa positiva, sala con "divanoletto" per puffi...lungo 1metro e 70 e largo quasi una piazza e mezza, se siete due coppie strasconsigliato, non prenotate qui! Tappeto pieno di acari e peli del 1200. Ps la foto che vedete della vista dal "balcone", largo forse 10cm, sarà stata fatta dal tetto. Unica nota positiva è la ragazza che ci ha aspettato per oltre 1 ora per consegnarci le chiavi, è stata inoltre disponibilissima per qualsiasi informazione turistica. Per me è NO!

Un très belle emplacement près de tout. Seul problème il n'est pas mentionné que c'est au troisième étage et pas d'ascenseur. Attention aux personnes âgées. Hôtels.com devrais s'assurer que les informations sur tous les sites mentionnent ce détail.

Great location, dated apartment

The apartment was in a nice, central location. It's an easy walk to the old town and there are many good local restaurants nearby. The furniture and bed were new and nice. However, the kitchen is extremely dated. Over half of the cabinets don't fully open or are falling off the hinges. In addition, the stove shocked us as we were trying to make breakfast, which was a little alarming. Finally, there are no amenities provided, including hand soap and shampoo. If you want to be in a great location and are not planning to spend too much time in your apartment, then this is probably fine. Overall, I think the place should have been in better condition given that it's on hotels.com.

Propriétaire gentille et à l'écoute, l'appart suffit largement pour dormir, mais plusieurs petits trucs à réparer (chasse d'eau qui fuit, frigo qui fait beaucoup de bruit...) pour un meilleur confort sur place.
