From the outside one would wonder what they got theirselves into, but once inside it is quite comfortable and has a beautiful garden and pool in back.

Definitely choose to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely hotel with a gorgeous garden and swimming pool, friendly staff, convenient setting. Lots of shops, cafes and a metro nearby, easy enough to walk into Porto too. The room was clean, cool and comfortable and the garden really made it special. Great breakfast too! Staff were so helpful and welcoming. We’ll be back when we visit Porto again.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel.

We’ve just spent a week in this beautiful hotel and it was everything I had hoped it would be. The building has been renovated and decorated in perfect keeping with its historic architectural style whilst adding modern comfortable features. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfasts fabulous.

Short break

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, lovely breakfast and it is convenient for the metro, literally a few steps away, perfect for transport to the airport and city centre. Several nice restaurants nearby.

We stayed three nights and really enjoyed the combination of easy access to the city via tube station right across the street and a nice, serene backyard with lovely pool to relax in the afternoon sun. The staff were excellent: polite happy service with a smile!

A nice place to stay

A nice charming room with very friendly & helpful staff. Travel by Metro was easy since the station was just across the street. The neighborhood was easily walkable.

Perfect stop in Porto

Just finished our 2 week visit to Portugal, this was the nicest placed we stayed. The staff lovely, the room spotless, breakfast delicious and right across the street from the Metro stop! We highly recommend.

A very classy property, spacious rooms and modern beautiful bathrooms. We loved the location on a small bustling square directly opposite the yellow metro line station taking you 4 or 5 stops to the historical centre. Also easy access with one stop to either train station and airport. Lovely garden with pool and sun beds. Run by a group of lovely and helpful young people. It was an ideal stay for us.

I liked that the accomodation at walking distance was of the metro. The staff was very friendly and without hesitation they made us cappucionno for breakfast, which we appreciated very much. The breakfast buffet was nice, and had everything we needed. I didn’t like the noise of the busstop in front of our room, we couldn’t sleep with the windows open.

Ana Siva is fantastic host, very friendy and attentive.Hotel is small but very cozy, i had an amazing view from my terrace and descent size room . Slightly far from city center by walk but metro is right opposite the hotel. Breakfast could be better.

I had a lovely stay at this charming small hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. While waiting for my room to be ready, they offered me a glass of port wine, which was a lovely touch. Throughout my stay, everyone was helpful and genuinely service-minded, with great local tips on where to go and where to eat. Even after checkout, they let me relax by the pool for a few hours before my flight back to Norway — something I really appreciated. Initially we were a bit disappointed as the room we were given was quite dark and in the annex to the main buiding, and it necessitated going on to the main road to the main building (using key cards) for breakfast and the gardens / swimming pool. We moved rooms for the 2nd night and the experience was so much better - a room in the main building with a large balcony. Make sure you ask for eggs with your breakfast if you want them as they're cooked to order, but we weren't told on our first day so didnt realsie they were included.
