Nomad's Family - 2BDR Spacious Apartment Gaia is designed with the comfort of a family of 4 people in mind, located in a quiet residential area in Vila Nova de Gaia, on the south bank of the Douro River, which will provide you a very peaceful and quiet stay out of the hustle but close to the city at the same time.
Superior level of comfort in an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room with excellent dimensions, in addition to a balcony with awning, completely private. The apartment is very close to Ponte D. Luís, the Metro station, and several useful places, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks.
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

positiv: freundlicher schneller kontakt. gute lage, gute infrastruktur. alles vorhanden, was mensch für den alltag benötigt. danke für das wasser.
negativ: es war nicht sehr sauber. wohnung liegt im 3. stock ohne fahrstuhl->kein hinweis in der beschreibung. kautionsforderung stand nicht in der beschreibung.
