Cozy apartment located on the historical center of Porto, near to the S. Bento Station, at Rua do Loureiro, one of the oldest historical streets of the city. Located on a Art Deco building rehabilitated in 2016, still maintaining most of the original features.
This apartment is super comfortable and very well-lightened. It's a T1 with one double bed in the room and a sofa bed that allows 2 people to sleep comfortably.
The bathroom is fully equipped and has a hairdryer.
The kitchen has a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster.
The apartment is located in a strategic point of the city's heart. It takes only 1 minute on foot to get to the S. Bento Station, there you can find trains, metros, taxis e bus. It's located less than 500m from the Sé Cathedral, Ribeira, D. Luís Bridge, Aliados Avenue, Clérigos and the night zone at the Paris Galery.
It's very close to several stores and services, such as: cafes, restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets and parking lots.

Perfect location
Small space but impeccably Ikea furnished with plenty of heat and comforter for winter cold.
Location around corner from train station near Rua das Flores and shopping district. It's a short walk across high bridge over river to teleferico down to far riverside port "caves" (lodges). It's also around corner from funicular down to near riverside restaurants and street music.
