The Space:

Enjoy a traditional Portuguese apartment with 90 square metres, complemented by an 85 square metre garden and terrace. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a cosy living room with a dining table, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and free Wi-Fi. The Neighborhood:

Explore the charming neighbourhood surrounding our apartment at Praça do Marquês de Pombal, in Porto. Enjoy the convenience of nearby amenities, including supermarkets, craft shops, and jewellery stores, making your stay even more practical. Indulge in the local dining options, with cafés and restaurants offering an authentic Portuguese culinary experience. Just 1 km away, you can visit the historic Igreja da Lapa and the Parish Church of Our Lady of the Conception. The excellent public transport network, with metro and bus services close by, allows you to easily explore all of Porto’s attractions. Parking options are available within 300 metres.

Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff in to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.



We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! You just need to request it (price on request)



You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request (price on request).
