El apto es muy lindo. No nos dieron ni jabon ni shampoo...solo al solicitarlo. La cerradura para abrir estaba complicada nos tuvo q abrir un vecino. El anfitrion contesto al dia siguiente.

Quelle déception. Un hôtel qui est tout sauf un hôtel. Petit appartement dans lequel un peu d'entretien serait le bien venu. Murs rayés, meubles abimés. Une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, des rideaux qui ne cache pas le soleil : dommage quand y'a pas de volet... Service de vaisselle pour une personne et non trois. Sans parler de la douche qui n'évacue pas l'eau et du tuyau qui fuit sur toute sa longueur. Petit fous rire quand nous avons trouvé avec la trousse de toilette, uniquement composée d'emballage de pansement...

Apartment was clean and roomy. This apartment is not for anyone with any mobility issues. It is uphill to the house and then 32 steep stairs up to the landing. Vanessa was very nice and actually came early to let us in before the arranged time.

Located in safe area near cafes, supermarket etc. Room was spacious and the bed very comfy. Nice quiet neighbourhood but unfortunately other guests in apartments next door were not quiet. Could hear them stamping up and down the stairs at all hours and also people leaving at 5am speaking very loudly. There was also a family who checked in at 11:30pm and took several attempts to open the door. The doors were another issue, you did get used to them but first few attempts the door kept sticking.The room was not cleaned thoroughly before we stayed as there was tomato sauce splatted up the tiles in kitchen and a strong fishy odour from the fridge. It also looked like someone had kicked a hole in the wall and room desperately needed a paint. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Llegamos un domingo y el teléfono que nos dieron no estaba operativo, tuvimos que llamar a Expedia. Nos atendieron deprisa y corriendo y no nos informaron de como iba ni la cafetera ni la bitrocerámica, si es que funcionaban(tenemos bitro y sabemos de sobre como funciona). Nos fue imposible cocinar. Nos prometieron un vino de Oporto que aún estamos esperando. Pero lo pero fue que nos entró un ratón e intentamos comunicar con el responsable y fue imposible pese a que nos dió su propio número de teléfono. No pudimos ni dormir ni comer en ese apartamento. No lo recomendamos, lo único bueno es que está limpio.

Bom apartamento, mas 40 minutos para checkin

The apartment is really cool and you can walk to the city center in about 10/15 minutes. The bed is comfortable. The only thing was that we agreed on a time for the check-in and they left us waiting 40 minutes on the street until someone showed up. They gave us a little discount on the cleaning fee to compensate for this, which is cool but still not so nice. We had an appointment that we missed because of this delay.

Ok lejlighed i slum kvarter

Der står luksusstil. Intet luksus over hverken lejlighed eller område. Da vi ankom til gaden troede vi, at vi var ankommet til det fattigste område i Porto. Gaden er møgbeskidt og der lugter af tis overalt. Lejligheden er dog pæn og ren, men luksus vil jeg ikke kalde det og det forventede vi heller ikke til den pris. Havde dog ikke tænkt at området var direkte slum. Der er meget larm om natten og når lyset tændes i opgangen bliver lejligheden lyst op, da der er vindue i døren. Ingen aircon og ingen blæser, så meget varmt om natten. Der står bagageopbevaring, men vær opmærksom på, at det ligger min 20 min gang derfra. Det var vores første ophold i Porto og hvis vi kommer igen ved vi det ikke bliver i det samme område. Billedet er fra et pænere område i Porto.

"Fatal"

En general bastante mal. En primer lugar viajamos 4 personas y la habitación minúscula estaba preparada para tres. De las tres ventanas que tenía la casa, faltaban dos estores, con lo cual entraba muchísima claridad y a las 7 de la mañana estaba toda la habitación iluminada. Encima de la puerta de acceso a la habitación hay un tragaluz que cada vez que entra o sale un vecino se ilumina el pasillo y por lo tanto la habitación también. La zona es terrible, los niños de la calle nos pedían dinero y la limpieza deja bastante que desear, nos llegamos a encontrar una rata muerta en plena calle. Lo único bueno es que la habitación si estaba muy limpia.

Décoration sympathique, dommage pout l'arrivé tardive de la personne qui fait l'état des lieux (1h00 d'attente sous la pluie). Mauvaise insonorisation des lieux qui nous fait profitez des voisins. Pas mal de trace sur différent mûr qui donne un mauvais côté a ce lieuc qui paraissait irréprochable sur les photos.

Bien sin más.

Era aceptable sin más. Tuvimos problemas con la llegada y acabamos esperando una hora en la calle. La zona está muy bien para visitar Oporto, pudimos aparcar sin problemas. Creo que hay problemas con insonorización porque molestamos a los vecinos solo con andar por el piso. El chico quien nos recibió era majo pero creo que la organización podría mejorar.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Leider gibt es für die gesamte Wohnung nur einen kleinen elektrischen Radiator, der bei niedrigen Temperaturen nur unzureichend wärmt.
