22 Oporto Guesthouse was born in 2017 to offer accommodation in the city of Porto
Located 800m from the historic center of Porto, next to the Faria Guimarães Metro station, it allows quick and easy access to the main sights of the city.
This private house, carefully decorated, was created for those who appreciate comfort and privacy combined with a warm and familiar atmosphere.
Completely refurbished, it has 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom, living and dining room, kitchen, garden and free WIFI network throughout the house.
All rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and wardrobe. The private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.

It was a great property for 5 of us (including 2 couples) and the garden area was well used! The property was clean and spacious but it was a bit of a distance away from the centre so we made full use of the pretty cheap Ubers!

Great spot in Proto

We had great stay in this property. The property owner met us on check-in and provided a very comprehensive review of his home. This home had everything we needed including an awesome back patio. Would highly recommend this property and definitely recommend eating at the restaurant right around the corner.

This residence exceeded our expectations. Fernando was very helpful with the check in process as well helping with the parking space for our rental vehicle. The location was also awesome. Far enough away from the busy sections of the city but still within walking distance to all of the main attractions. Would highly recommend this residence.

The outside appearance is deceiving but the inside was creatively designed and comfortable..The host showed us a well organized media presentation describing the house, explanations, and suggestions for sites to visit and places to dine.

Porto Perfect

We had a fabulous stay at Fernando’s place in Porto. The place was very clean and accommodating with a separate bathroom in all 4 bedrooms. Fernando met us at check-in and prepared a great tour site we used frequently during our trip. The location was perfect as we could walk to everything. If anyone is visiting Porto, this is a great place to stay.

Lovely modern apartment

This apartment was just as described. It is absolutely lovely and well situated for an easy walk to the Douro River. Apartment was very clean and modern. Each room is beautifully decorated with lovely bedding and towels. Kitchen is well stocked and the host provided an exceptional welcome with details about Porto and amenities near the apartment. Would definitely plan to stay again with a large group.

Great Experience in Porto

We had a wonderful visit in Porto and this location was perfect to visit the many beautiful locations in the city. Our host Fernando helped with any questions and provided nice recommendations for places to visit or eat.

The best getaway spot ever

On top of Porto being a great getaway spot, this rental was probably the best that I have ever stayed at. A truly brilliant renovation to a building with 4 impeccable rooms each with an ensuite. A great kitchen and common area as well as a private backyard. Fernando was a great host who pointed out all of the area amenities within steps of the front door. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great location and an excellent accommodation

Fernando was a great host and met us at the agreed upon time. He gave us lots of great information and links to everything we needed to know. We were 3 couples and this place was perfect. Everyone had their own adjoining bathroom and the shared spaces were perfect to gather and plan the day. The outdoor space was very large and a great added bonus.

Lovely House for a Group

This full house rental (4 bedrooms, 4 baths) is conveniently located. Fernando, the host if amazing. He was there to greet us and give us lots of information to make our stay special. The house is immaculate and has all the amenities you could ask for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a property for a group.

Lovely place

This was very close to many sites we chose to visit, close to a good market and many local restaurants. We walked most of the time but Ubers were very affordable. Fernando is a great host, property clean and well supplied, nice patio in back. It’s on a busy street but windows and shutters effectively blocked the noise. Fernando was extremely helpful with great information on the city.

Immaculate house. Ideal for a group of friends- we were 4 couples- as each bedroom has an en-suite and there is plenty of communal space including a lovely outdoor area. Fernando was easy to deal with and resolved a couple of issues we had quickly and efficiently.

Fabulous gem

Stayed with my wife and five children for 10 days and we had a fabulous stay. The house is really clean and comfortable. The location is really nice as well. We explored Porto and dined at some great restaurants in walking distance from the house. We collected some great memories with our children and everyone enjoyed themselves. Fernando was a great host and very reachable.
