If you appreciate the calm and quiet in the middle of the city, this is the perfect apartment for your stay in the city of Porto.

Located in the center area, next to the Town Hall, this apartment is part of a typical building, completely renovated in 2020. The common areas include large green spaces, wide corridors and an outdoor swimming pool with wooden deck, fruit trees and garden. Free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen and air conditioning.

This one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a building with an elevator. It has a bedroom with a spacious closet to store your personal items, a comfortable double bed, cotton bedding, pillows, duvet and blanket, a TV and a bedside table.

The living room has an air conditioning, sofa bed and TV, a kitchenette equipped with a washing machine, kitchen utensils, microwave oven, coffee machine.

In addition to the excellent outdoor common areas, you can count on a fantastic private terrace with outdoor furniture and wooden deck floors, where you can enjoy breakfast and other meals, or just relax after a day of sightseeing in the city. Smoking is not allowed inside but you can smoke on the terrace.

The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and all hygiene utensils (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), as well as bath towels for your stay.

Free Wi fi during your stay.

All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at checkin.

All baby utensils must be requested no later than one week prior to check-in date.

After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.

Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.

If you want to use the sofa bed available in the apartment or if you need a cot you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.

If you need cot, cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath, let us know a week before check-in day.

Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all facilities available.
